I bought a 300$ Uzi from this store 7 mags later, gum jams constantly on every mag, clerk was super helpful but the store owner refused to give me a refund and even refused to give me instore credit to purchase a different one… once you buy here you are on your own. If the gun breaks then its your problem..conclusion: Do not buy from 3rd parties such as this store go buy it from the respective manufacturer if you want to make sure you arent wasting 300$

New to the sport, I was recommended to see Dave at the retail store.Outstanding Customer Service. He's an old school type of guy who actually goes the extra mile to ensure YOU the customer are happy. A refreshing surprise in the days of digital retail. Great experience, highly recommended.

Great service, and awesome people! I bought my marker online, and then got busy with work and didn't play for a few years. Dropped in to the store and asked for some advice about testing the marker, and tuning it up after I installed a response trigger. They checked it all out and tuned it, despite me not even buying it from them or having them install it. I'll definitely be coming back and playing on their field.

Fantastic people. I walked in unknowingly to an event but everyone was super friendly and still helped me out. Very telling of the awesome paintball community around Ottawa. The store has a wide range of options from beginners all the way to experts and the staff will steer you in the right direction.

The store is usually well stocked, and the guy behind the counter is very helpful (except Sat and Mon when there is another guy who seems to be there against his will).Now, there are two issues...Definitely you will pay more than the average price. They take advantage of being the only store in Ottawa, and being the store with better stock on a ~100km radius. There are only two other stores, one in Gatineau's east end and one in Kemptville, both with unreliable stock. Can't really fault them much, business is business and it's about making money, just for you to know. For the owner to know that in time, higher prices will backfire and lose customers.The other issue is that there is no website, so basically you need to go to the store to see what they have, or call if you are looking for something very specific. They used to have a website, but was not maintained, so basically useless.

Very good selection and customer service. Quick to fill my co2 tank .
