Overheard a manager talking to an employee right in the middle of the store. The manager was chastising the employee and having what seemed like a disciplinary conversation based on comments that were told to the manager by another employee.I thought the manager was highly unprofessional for multiple reasons;Having the conversation in the middle of the store, within earshot of customers.Basing a disciplinary conversation seemingly exclusively on another employee's relayed observations.I also overheard the manager instructing 2 other employees on how to separate jeans in a demeaning and condescending manner.The employee that was involved in the disciplinary conversation treated me respectfully and was attentive and sweet.The manager asked how I was doing without slowing step or making eye contact and has a very superior/fake tone of voice.

Your staff member was helpful and gave good advice. She offered a variety of styles and listened patiently as I figured out which pair of jeans looked the best. She gave me important fabric care tips that I am sure to use. The price was good and I walked out pleased with my purchase.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by not only one, but two helpful employees, Avery and Chelsea. I was totally lost in what to get for my sister’s birthday present, and they were there to help every step of the way. Their upbeat attitude and overall cheerfulness was infectious. This will not be the last time I’m shopping here, 5/5 stars for me.

Was in here yesterday and found some leggings that I LOVED but they weren't in my size, The staff were so nice and offered to help me find them in there system online. They completely understand a girls need for cute leggings.
