Quick, pro service on short notice at a great price.Came home from skiing Sunday evening to no hot water. Got onto our local Facebook neighborhood page looking for suggestions and a few people said Adlem. I contacted them Sunday night and not only did they offer a very competitive price, they understood the urgency and were able to sort us out Monday morning! Once I read the google reviews I agreed to work with them.I am glad we did. Not only did our problem get solved quickly, but they installed a new, high quality Canadian product. Monday morning while Adlem was actually doing the work, I finally got official quotes back from two other different companies. One was way more expensive and could only do it Tuesday night, the other offered a “similar” tank (that did not review well quality wise) and kind of put the pressure to commit to get a “work slot”.Glad we went with Adlem and I am glad for those people in our local neighborhood who suggested them. Definitely a win, from a solid local company with great people. DC

I just called today to get a quote to see how much it will cost to put my AC unit In I got nothing but very rude she is asking me all these questions ? Did I see it working very rudely she said do you have the copper wiring I said no she asked how you know the coil would fit I said a 2.5 ton was recommended I got a 2 ton all I got on the phone was very rudeness and judgement and very bad customer service I just want my ac installed I just want good customer service and not someone being so iqnorent to customers on the phone . She should be fired if she is going to talk to customers that way honestly going to lose business first thing if you want customer service is being nice to the customers I have worked in retail for a few years just want to say really not impressed with the service I received today not recommending to anyone and I was recommend to this company no thanks .

LIFE SAVERS! I had 3 other companies come out and quote for new AC units ranging from 5700-8100$ and Adlem fixed it on the spot for 200$.. I cannot thank them enough and will continue to tell EVERYONE to use them :)

Can't recommend this company enough!During the recent heat wave my AC broke down. After being quoted $1,800 for a new compressor and going weeks without cool air I called Adlem Mechanical for a second opinion. Geordie had my AC running within 15 mins and the problem ended up being a $10 part fix. Very friendly and reliable! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful company! My AC quit working in a major heat wave. They were crazy busy but still managed to fit me in the next day. Great technician, very fair pricing! Will call them in the future. Thank -you Adlem Mechanical.

Friendly, kind, and professional.My 1 year old AC broke during a heat wave and the original installer was away on vacation. Although they were incredibly busy and I wasn't a previous customer, Adlem made time for me. The technician thought replacement of the control panel was required but tested for less expensive repair possibilities first. Luckily, it was one of the less expensive issues and replacement of the control panel wasn't required. I can't recommend this family owned business enough!

Had a service call a day before Christmas Eve and Adlem was one of the only companies able to make the call. They arrived within a couple of hours or so to troubleshoot our furnace and got it operational in short order (this was right around when it was -20 or -25 celsius). Very thankful.

We are very thankful for the work you guys have done for us! We are so pleased with the new furnace and have been so impressed with Geordie and his guys. The fact that he came back and tried everything he could to fix the old one and did not give us the runaround in any way was very impressive and refreshing.
