The only 2 stars I’m giving this restaurant is for the service. The waitresses were friendly and helpful, but the food I have to say was super underwhelming. We did not really enjoy any of the dishes as they were a bit bland. (We had the shrimp & grits, redneck grits, fish & chips and white out) Really disappointed, especially after seeing that Tooloulou’s was one of the highest rated restaurants in Banff.

Atmosphere is a little dated but the food was amazing and the service was wonderful! Very large menu selection! Nice patio area to sit out at as well for the warmer temps! Had the breakfast poutine and it did not disappoint .

This Southern Style restaurant had a good reputation online but delivers only acceptably. The decor is dated and dim, and the policy for our table of 11 made us all arrive on time, which felt inflexible.However the biggest downside was the quality of the food and flavours. The meals ingredients could do with more clarity of flavour and acidity. Our chicken was even cold in the Bayou soup. The Bourbon bun for the beef burger was over burnt.In short, it seems the dishes were hastily prepared or seemed to have been made from one large reheated pot.Otherwise, the staff were friendly and mean well. Though for the prices we paid we had expected more.

Amazing brunch menu with a great variety to choose from. Food was plated with wonderful presentation. Staff were excellent, if need any help navigating the menu they know their stuff! I definitely reccomend the alligator bites. If you love seafood I highly recommend stopping here for your cravings you won't be disappointed!

A little Canadian, a little Acadian and a little Cajun is exactly what you get. We came in with no expectations and were really pleasantly surprised. The warm and cozy atmosphere, checkered table clothes and decor is inviting. The staff was attentive and really helpful with the menu. Within our group we ordered a little of everything. Highlights were the Big Easy (seafood pasta), the bucket boil (crawfish, corn, dirty rice etc ) and the sauteed scallops. Everything was honestly delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try whether solo or in a group.

Great place for southern food in banff town. Crab cake, calamari, soup and coleslaw was great. My hubby and son are sea food lovers. They enjoyed their dinner!!

Highly recommended!! I absolutely love this place for breakfast mostly - but had the lunch here for the first time today and the burger was amazing ❤️

BEST SERVICE, FOOD AND GF MENU I HAVE EVER SEEN!The food was amazing portion sizes for the prices. The food was so delicious, and comforting, reminded me of a diner- like feel.The coffee is lighter but amazing coffee I have ever had if you are into that. The people , chefs, waiters, and hostess were all amazing. Seems like a great atmosphere even to work!They had their OWN PERSONAL GF menu with TONS of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend this place to everyone!
