Reserved a van days in advance, go to pick it up, not there. What is the point of booking something if you don't have it? This has happened TWICE now with Uhaul. Guy calls Uhaul, we wait on hold and then sends me to another location. That location, not open for hours. Call customer service, they hang up on me. Call again, transferred me to an agent doing reservations in the Western US, thanks that was really helpful in the situation. Finally get through to 'scheduling' and the best they could do was send me to a different city, hours later. You guys failed in every aspect today and now I'm left scrambling moving to a new city, thank you for completely f*&^ing up my move.

Online reservation was not recognized. Was told the whole reservation system does not work. Showed up to get my truck and was told it was not available and that I should have booked in person. I was given a van only because the person who “reserved’ it didn't show up. Terrible fuel mileage coupled with an extortionate rate of .89 per kilometre made this the worst rental experience of my life. I will never use U-Haul again and i will share my experience with anyone who asks
