Stateline Laundromat

Not something my fiance and I usually do but our schedules have been chaotic so I figured we'd give it a shot. I was pleased with the pricing, compared to others I searched, so off our large loads of laundry went. I'd say overall it came back in great shape but we ended up missing some of out stuff and had a random shirt in replacement, lol which was nothing compared to what was missing to say the least. Super odd I'm giving it 5 stars, especially considering the extreme and intense rudeness I got from one of the employees when I called. Make a long story short, I made a trip back to the laundromat to retrieve our other belongings and got to speak with the manager Tina...she's the I that turned this whole dilemma around and explained to me how things were going behind the scenes" and that she hopes we return and to just ask for her if we decide to go back

Their machine got stuck or whatever and took 1.5 to wash a load. The employee supposedly attempted to stop the machine once l complained but actually did nothing. When it finally finished, I asked if they were going to atleast dry them for me to help a customer out - nothing. Useless staff. Dirty floors. Lots of broken machines.Been coming here over two years and it’s not aging well.Stay away if you can help it.

I’ve been coming here for years and always loved it-it’s quiet and clean, but lately there have been a lot of machines in need of repair, the floor is a horrible mess, and now they’ve increased the prices on the washers by an insane $3.00 since last week without any notice! A washer that was $6.50 a week ago is now $9.50! That’s crazy. I know everything is going up, but that’s nuts. Time to find another place I guess.

Most of the top loading washers don't work and haven't been fixed in years. $3.75 to wash in those machines. The attendant and most of the people weren't wearing masks even though the sign says you have to. The bathroom is locked saying no one can use it.

Great place to play keno,kinda wish I had won but didn't, but I will let you know the woman that worked behind the counter was a real people pleaser,respectful, I can understand why alot of people go there to play KENO!!!

The 80lb washers aren't too badly priced at $10.75. You'll need to get a laundry card since they don't use quarters anymore. The card itself is $6.00 then you have to add money to it as needed to do your laundry. Lots of dryers and lots of washers. I'd still go on off times if you can, weekends are very busy.

Have been coming here for 20 years. Was there today. Still no hot water, washers went up by 2 bucks. 6 and 7 not spinning so extra money to dry. Bathroom needs attention. The girls that work there work hard, well most of them! Owner is getting greedy
