We needed to have our dryer vent cleaned. Jodi scheduled the appointment quickly. On the day of the appointment, Pat was here early! Talked us through what he was doing. He even checked our bathroom vent while he was here. Great friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have talked with the office administrator on four separate occasions to make an appointment. I was told all four times that someone would contact me in a few days, and nobody has. The last time I called, the administrator promised someone would be in touch with me within two weeks. Nothing.I'm not normally one to write reviews, but this has been the most unresponsive and disappointing customer service experience I've ever had.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out to your amazing team for their hard work and dedication in restoring our showroom after the recent pipe burst. Your team's quick response time, tireless efforts, and seamless clean-up were truly impressive and made the whole experience much more manageable.I especially wanted to highlight the contributions of Mike Blagden, who was an absolute rockstar throughout the entire process. His professionalism and competency were a great comfort during a stressful time. And I can't forget Phil Daigle, who did an incredible job and worked like a machine, even though he was the only person much of the time on site.Overall, I'm extremely grateful to you and your team at Service Master for making a tough situation much easier to handle. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.

We hired Service Master in Saint John to clean my mothers house after her passing. They only had to clean 2 rooms and a small hallway and bathroom. They did not do the bathroom or hallway at all. there was still cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures. Gummy build up was still on the kitchen ceiling fan. They floors were not done. they removed wallpaper in the living room and left patches on the wall of glue and bits of paper. They sprayed the kitchen cupboards with some kind of cleaner and never washed it off so it left dripping marks down each cupboard which showed the dirt on them. They charged us 800.00! I told them I was not satisfied at all. They were supposed to be there all day. They stayed maybe 3 hours at the most and did not do much at all. These people are scammers for sure. They did finally gave us a discount of 15%. That takes care of the tax. But not enough of a discount to ever , ever get these guys again to do any work for my family.BEWARE

Service Master have done many jobs for me at my commercial building as well as my cottage. The staff are always pleasant, they do great work and are always there when they say they are going to be there. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.

Very nice at first!!! 8 days later still no quote sent to insurance company after a flood. Called to inquire only to be met with a very hostile woman. Was told I'm on their list and to deal with it. Imagine if I owed them money, and said the same to them.... Very unprofessional and under staffed. And the secretary needs to loosen up and get laid .

On February 28th we experienced a flood in our upstairs bathroom. ServiceMaster Restore responded to our call within 20 minutes. Andrew Whittaker’s team (Rob, Anita, Tabitha, Dan, Joe, Jay, Mark and I know there were others and I apologize for not being able to think of everyone’s names right now)have been spectacular! They are meticulous to detail, hardworking and clearly take pride in a job well done. They have been incredibly dedicated to making our house a home again and have honestly worked around the clock. I feel as though we are returning to a safer home than one we had prior to the flood. I can’t say enough about ServiceMaster! Thank you.

Don't even know what to say... blew us away with the responsiveness and care given to our wind damaged roofing and subsequent roof leak/water damage at our Industrial Building in Spruce Lake. Prompt, attentive, courteous, professional, efficient - quality work. That level of service this day and age - WOW! Thank you Mike, Chris and your team!
