Erik’s excellent service was sharpened by his vibrant knowledgeable personality. Erik dropped by our place, picked up the knives and returned them sharp as promised, within a couple of days. Highly recommended. Will use again for sure.

Had a set of 25 yr old aerated Ginzu knives, they needed some serious TLC. Erik at Cove performed a very quick (24hrs) service and the results are excellent. Highly recommend Cove.

Wonderful service, turned around in a day! A difficult Cutco knife with serrated edge was returned to its original sharpness. I now plan to have all my garden shears and pruners sharpened by Erik.

Erik was great. He came by, picked up the knives, sharpened them and returned them. The quality was great and the pricing was also very good. I will definitely be using Cove Blades again!!
