I needed a spring replaced for my garage door and the owner, Ben, provided excellent friendly service. Very quick to respond and was happy answer my questions.He was at my home within an hour of me calling and booking the service. He arrived promptly and at the time he promised. Once on site he worked quickly and efficiently to have my garage door working again in less than 30 mins.Seems like this is a small local family owned business and I was happy to support someone who lives right here in Richmond.Definitely recommend and would call again for service.

I got my garage spring replaced by Ben. He gave me a good price (way cheaper than other places I called) and was super efficient. We spoke in the morning, he came in the evening and everything was fixed by the end of the day. Great service, good price, on time. I’m super satisfied with Ben’s work.

Having trouble with garage door opener for a couple of months (wouldn't close; popped open after closing etc.) Finally called Best Choice on a Friday afternoon. Brian returned my call quickly, they were here Saturday morning and a new motor was installed before noon! Awesome service.
