Mawly has been enjoying visits to Ren's since last Mother's day when we picked her up from the breeder. She loves the attention she is given by the staff and has benefited from all the great treats, toys , food supplements and yes even CBD oil for her coat, minor skin irritation and some anxiety. Some of the staff are Labrador Retriever owners so we receive good advice on what choices to make and which to avoid.Even with curbside pick up , Mawly is still able to enjoy her favourite MARROW BEEF BONES they keep in the freezer. A super way to occupy an avid CHEWER!!

We shop here a lot for our pets. I love the wide selection, fairly easy to navigate store (I'm blind). It's great to be able to find all I need in ONE store. The staff is wonderful, super helpful, and well educated. I have only ever had a bad experience with one employee being extremely rude. Otherwise, it's our go-to pet store for all our dogs and cats needs!

Inventory numbers mixed up so one find thar after given reassurances thay had product.No disency for at least I am sorry, in store in waterloo, or cuustomer service rep from head office. Trying to call store in aberfoile no respinse...I suported rens last.25 yrs or so with puppy cliants and my own purchasings . It used to be great customer srvice, knowelage stuff and at least base common respect...they had goid product and are canadian and i thought its right thing to do...I guess booming busuness turned them in wallmart.Disapointed...At this pointam about to start telling peple stay away and for sure wont be advising puppy owners to shop there...

I received an online order that was shipped from Puslinch, ON location. One of the items was Geib thinning sheers - it was in a dirty pouch with another pet's hair. It is disgusting to receive used item when you pay for a brand new. When I was able to reach someone on the phone there was no remorse or apology, she just advised to bring it to the nearest store for an exchange or refund. Well, this is a hassle. It will be returned of course and I am not sure if I want to buy expensive products online at Ren's anymore. Once they start sneaking in used products in mailed orders, there is no assurance that it is not going to happen again.
