East Mountain Animal Hospital

They provided good service for our pet and seemed compassionate and caring towards animals. We found that it was sometimes hard to get answers over the phone. The receptionist couldn't answer most questions. Our pet was able to remove their catheter and IV over night which prompted concerns about what sort of attention the attendant was paying. This potentially resulted in an additional night that we had to pay for the pet to be there. The location really smells like wet dogs as well. I don't recall this being the predominant smell at other vets but I could be wrong. Nevertheless, their hours were great and they made our pet better. We'd return.

Amazing team of vets & vet techs/assistants! Dr. Choong and his team were able to heal my cat back to health after he had accidentally ingested chemicals. All employees were very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to book us in for a last minute appointment and was much more affordable than any emergency animal hospital. Overall great experience with East Mountain Animal Hospital. Special thanks to Emily for making it such a smooth process. Melvin and I are so grateful!

This team is fantastic!We came to East Mountain Animal Clinic because our pup wasn't well. He fell sick over the weekend and we were very anxious to have him seen and treated by a professional. We called about 5 places but everyone turned us away--too busy. This was incredibly stressful, but everything changed when we call East Mountain. They were relaxed, friendly and supportive. We saw them within hours.Every member of their staff left a great impression on us. We especially want to thank Victoria for being so kind and gentle, and Dr. A. for being so professional and thorough.It's noteworthy to mention how clean and modern their facilities are. Prices were much lower than we anticipated. (Bonus!)Overall this was a 5 star experience and we want to thank all of the staff for their help. Cheers to being awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On Mothers Day our beloved Maggie of 17 years, had a massive seizure.The staff at East Mountain animal clinic where very understanding compassionate to both Maggie and my family during this very difficult time.Our girl is now waiting for us on the rainbow bridge.

Very friendly and kind staff, even though was abit late to the appointment. Still accepted to take my dog without hesitation or rescheduling. Very fast and effective.Recommend this animal hospital to all pet owners

Always super sweet to my cat Attis. My mom took him to the vet like a week ago (i couldn’t come with her due to personal reasons) but she told me that Attis fell in love with the veterinarian. He’s been there multiple times for health issues and they are always so caring and gentle with my baby!

We had a great experience! Our cat had a bad leg injury on Sunday. They were able to take us on the same day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Doctor was the nicest Vet I’ve ever met. Thank you so much!

Exceptional!! I am always impressed by the service and care they take with Venus. Joey is always kind and friendly to us when we come for appointments. Joey makes Venus excited to visit the clinic. He is amazing with her even though she’s a handful! I appreciate the service and care the staff give to us. They go over and above for us. Thanks

I highly recommend East Mountain Animal Hospital for anyone seeking excellent veterinary care. The knowledgeable and compassionate staff provided top-notch care and made our visit stress-free. The facilities were clean and spacious, and we felt confident that our pet was receiving the best possible care.

Everyone here showed the greatest care and compassion to my old man and myself. We ultimately decided that Salem was suffering too much and received the best end of life care that I have had in a vet clinic (and sadly we have lost a few pets).There was no rush and no pressure and the staff was extremely patient with me while I changed my mind back and forth for far too long. The idea of saying goodbye broke my heart even though I didn’t want him to suffer anymore.The staff here does hard emotional work, and they do it with a genuine care for their animals and their owners.I am grateful that they will continue to care for our dog and our two cats that currently make up our slightly smaller fur family.Thank you all. And especially to Sara for your kindness and care. It made a difference in two of the hardest weeks of my life.
