Oh god... Absolutely terrible service! Please read other reviews before proceeding to this law firm. They want to charge hard working Canadians $575 without giving any clear direction on how to proceed. I've been through many law firms throughout the years, and nobody has ever been this disappointing to deal with. Their advice is figure it out and make a decision". What is the purpose of a lawyer? The celebrity Mr. Quraishi is way too busy to help someone figure out how they should proceed. Only thing I got was "explore your options and see which one is the best benefit". How can someone apply for American workers benefits when they reside in Canada and their business is registered in Canada. If you don't want to take my word for it

I’m sure he’s a great lawyer yet when you’re demanded to pay $575 up front before you can speak with him it completely detours people from asking for help ... completely displeased

$600 for a consultation! That's ridiculous. Perfect example of how some lawyers exist purely to take advantage of the disadvantaged.The only thing irrational here is Mr. Quraishi's delusional belief that he can charge someone $600 simply to tell them whether or not they have a case! This is a PRIME example of how lawyers take advantage of the failed system that is the WCB for their own gain. Do you know what a skag" is? It's someone that takes advantage of others for their own personal profit. I payed $575 to speak with Viqar about my case due to a money back guarantee that was promised if I did not receive any benefit.The result was no assistance or new information.Viqar refused to answer any of my questions regarding the value he could bring to my case, Instead saying several times that he used to work for the WCB.He also has refused to honor his money back guarantee regarding $575 when I said I received no benefit from speaking to him.
