If you're considering living here, check out the reviews for the Hendrix, which was also built by Edgar Developments and managed by Rhapsody. We had an absymal experience there, with many issues.My wife I lived in the Hendrix Building for 18 months. Rhapsody sent us to collections for our utilities bill without sending us an invoice first. No one called or billed us, even though we gave management at the Hendrix our forwarding address. We got a call nine months after living in a Rhapsody property from a collections agency notifying me that my partner and I owe $100 in utilities. Zero communication with us. We would have happily paid the bill before it got to collections. It's only $100!Rhapsody has negligent, awful, and unprofessional business practices. Do not move into this building if you value your sanity. It was issue after issue after issue.

I agree with another reviewer that living here with current management has been nothing but great. They’re responsive to requests, professional and seems to be striving to promote a sense of community through events. Amenities are well maintained and functional.Yes the Hendrix has gone downhill in quality since the building was sold, but that should not be the basis of reviewing this particular building, at least with the current team. Will they continue to be the management? I sure hope so! Will the developer sell? Maybe, they’re a for-profit business and not charity.Long story short, this review is based as of right now. I don’t see a problem with living here for years with the current management team and how they currently operate. I would hate to see this head in the same direction as the Hendrix has gone; time will tell.

To be honest, not sure why this building is getting a lot negative traction - the developers have done a great job constructing the building. While the Hendrix was a past project, that building was sold to another company. What the most recent owners have done with the Hendrix shouldn’t be reflective of the developers.I suppose this creates an intrinsic word of caution: this building will most likely be sold at some point in the future, so be mindful of that.Since moving in I’ve had little to no complaints - the staff are very friendly, and the suites have been furnished nicely. Rhapsody management have been professional at this location, and very friendly to interact with. The leasing staff have also been very accommodating, and have been very responsive with any questions that popped up.My only critique is that the dog run is a tad small, so if you have a larger dog be mindful that it will most likely not be adequate for playing, but more than enough for the late night pee. Thankfully the property is surrounded by many parks, so there are a lot of options.Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend this building while the current management is in possession.

Be sure to check out the reviews on the Hendrix prior to coming here. The same developer (Edgar) and Property Manager (Rhapsody) signed folks into high rent leases with the promise of a luxury rental experience. They then sold the Hendrix and all the perks disappeared.If you are looking for a short term place to live I am sure this building will be excellent. If you are looking for a long term place to call home. I suggest you look elsewhere.

One of the best places I have ever lived. The place is beautiful and you can't possibly get a better location. I get to run the river valley trails just steps away from home and the building is pet friendly!

Dont listen to negativity, most people project their own negative energies from other facets of their own lives and they DONT EVEN LIVE HERE OR HAVE INSIGHT.This place is clean, animal friendly AND great staff... people looking to home a family.... go get a house. Apartments are NOT made for famillies. These places are built for singles, couples, business professionals etc.Thank you Andrea, Rohan and Jessica.:)

The best building and best managed building I have lived in since I moved to Edmonton! I've lived here for 1 year now and I can say the staff is awesome! Things that break are fixed immediately (within reason). Suites are awesome! Most neighbours are equally awesome! The building is extremely safe! I highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for comfortable, affordable, safe and secure living conditions!

The leasing staff and Shaun were very friendly. My move in was seamless and very easy. Apartments are very nice and clean. Highly recommended for future property renters.
