Best mint chip ice cream in Hamilton. Love the fact you can choose your topping to add in. I also want to mention how fresh their waffle bowls always are.

The ice cream quality is pretty good. It is kind of expensive but can by worth it if you go with toppings. I find the flavours tho are inconsistent. Sometimes the flavours are waaay stronger in some batches compared to others on other days.

Morgan from Marble Slab is awesome! I ordered an ice-cream birthday cake today thru door dash and called the store to make sure it would be vanilla. But there was a problem. It seems DD hadn't contacted the store for the order. I decided to hang up and hoped that they eventually would. When they didn't, Morgan from Marble Slab called to tell me! I had not ask her to do this and was so impressed with her level of customer service for doing so. 5 Stars! We got the birthday cake on time and everyone is happy. They even thew in a coupon for free ice-cream! Thank you Marble Slab and thank you Morgan!

I went in last week for a milkshake, only to be greeted with the most disrespectful staff ever her name was Morgan. I have a service animal that I have to bring everywhere usually not a big deal as I have a backpack for him and carry him on my back. Morgan was very discriminating against the service animal, she demanded my to know the service that was provided, why I needed a service animal. I provided a letter from my doctor which is usually enough but it was not for her, then she treatens to call the cops on me for having a service animal....... DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

Very nice customer service- the two girls working at the time of this review were extremely patient and helpful in explaining to us how we could order and use our loyalty cards! Amazing ice cream as usual!! Would definitely recommend others to come here!

Marble slab is a tasty treat that’s well kept. They have a good amount of staff working.Ice cream is portioned fairly and given by weight which is great. They have lots of toppings to choose from. That’s where things get a bit hectic. Staff tend to not put the toppings on well or they fall off leaving you with less. For example the Kit Kat prices all just fell off and didn’t really make it to our dish. Same with the sugar cone bits. Training of staff needs to be better.Definitely give them a try. You’ll enjoy it.

Absolutely no customer service was given here. In fact, I felt rushed and unwelcomed. The frozen yogurt was really good though. Im sure good ice cream can be found anywhere, i wouldnt return.

Super fast service seeing that it's a small ice cream parlor. We love stopping in on Sunday evenings for a cone. Lots of things to choose from and you won't be disappointed because the quality is really good.My favorite is the double dark chocolate but if you really want the one I go to when I'm not feeling for that it's vanilla mixed with strawberry.
