Thank you for the lovely experience. The moment I got in, they acknowledged and welcomed me. While I was ordering and waiting for my food, I was offered a baklava and hot tea. My meal was packed nicely with all my side sauces. The food was delicious!

UPDATE: I talked with the manager he told me from their side there was nothing wrong about the food allergy!!!! Which does not make sense for me! And he refused to explain about the sandwiches, which had only tomato and lettuce!!! Asked him many times but did not get any response from him!!!!!“Awful experience each time! We like Jerusalem but this branch is awful!!! I gave them many chances because it is the only one close to my location, but they disappointed me each time! EVERY time I had different donair sandwich, it is not the same taste each time! They select vegetables randomly and the amount is not consistent, we usually order online, today I ordered in the store, I was THERE!!!! They did not ask me what I want to add in my sandwiches!!! They called me and gave me ready sandwiches!!! I came home and it was so bad!!! Only lettuce and tomato in both sandwiches!!!! There is more, I told the staff that my daughter has food allergy and asked about ingredients and they told me it is safe for her!told them even not cross contaminated for her food, my daughter’s food was ready without checking with me how to prepare and put in the box!!!! Something was cross contaminated and my daughter had skin reactions!!!! Thank God it was not anaphylactic!!!! When it comes to food allergy, it is someone’s LIFE, forget making more money and simply say “no sorry, it’s better to avoid” if you are not sure! Even one star is too much for this branch and the staff!!!!!!!!! Not recommended at all!”

Came here today and had an delightful experience. Best customer service that we have had in Canada so far, the people behind the counter were AWESOME. So personable and helpful. Generous portions. Delicious food! Would definitely come here again. Hopefully they come to Utah in the USA sometime soon! They’d be a hit!

Great food and service like all other Jerusalem Shawarma places. In addition, they have a great patio for the spring and summer. Can’t wait to return to enjoy the patio next time we visit here.

Best Jerusalem Shawarma spot in Calgary! Big portion sizes that are well worth the price. Only downside is that they don't really give enough sauce. The meat can end up dry so be sure to ask for extra!

Catering ordered for a fundraising party. Excellence and above, the food greatly appreciated and commended by everyone at the party and was gome in no time. The lamb leg was the master piece, absolutely delicious. People that never had lamb were thrilled by the taste! The stuffed chicken was moist and very flavourful and the sides were amazing!Very pleasant and easy to communicate with, Chef Tareq made our order and delivery very smooth and in a timely manner!Will use Jerusalem shawarma County Hills for sure again!!!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of the finest Arabic Cuisines in Calgary. Taste was awesome. Shish Touwk and Beef Seekh kabab is awesome and is a must try. They offered Free of Cost Tea which is really something to be appreciated and taste is amazing.

What an operation they have here. Tons of staff, massive piles of food waiting to be served, and for good reason as it was packed when we got there. We ordered a lamb kebab plate and a fattoush salad to share, and it ended up being way too much food for the two of us. Their salad is very fresh and tasty (the pickled cabbage they put on top is amazing) and their garlic sauce and hummus are both fantastic. I can see why this chain seems to be so successful, we enjoyed it so much that we went to a different location the next day. Very affordable too.

Thank you to Jerusalem Shawarma for the delicious food. I am an EA at Edmonton Islamic Academy. We had a field trip to Calgary today and we dined in at Jerusalem Shawarma. We were 15 altogether (students, teachers and bus driver). The staff were inviting, and offered amazing service to us all. The students all enjoyed the food and were very satisfied. Thank you again Jerusalem Shawarma for all your hard work and friendly service ❤️
