Service Shoe

This is my new favourite shoe store. I originally went in looking for women's steel-toe work wear, and they had tons of options (which was refreshing and very appreciated!). Of course I couldn't help but leave with some cute ankle boots too! Great quality and selection. The staff are super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable - I received amazing service from Josee and Noah. Thank you Service Shoe! I'll be back next paycheque! :)

Richard took all the time that was needed to find Me a perfect pare of work boots! And recommended the beeseal to protect the leather! Very happy with the great service! And as a detailer I was also super with the quality of the natural leather protection!

This review is long overdue.For over a decade I have received absolutely incredible service at this shop.From warranting a leaky pair of Keen hiking boots and North Face gaiters without a hitch to helping refurbish multiple pairs of birks - they do it all with a friendly approach.My newest pair of Vasque hiking boots supplied by this shop have taken me to the top of mountains, coastlines, and everywhere in between.Warm dry comfy feet during the climb to the top of the Table Lands was curtousy of Service Shoe.I couldn't say enough about this shop. They are superior to every box store you could imagine.Stop in and enjoy a local shops approach to customer focused service. It's a refreshing experience. Great quality products that they stand behind - at reasonable prices.

Service shoes is an exceptional family shoe store that provides outstanding service and a great selection of quality brand shoes. The staff is very knowledgeable about their product and the owner, Richard , is hands-on to also provide his long term experience and expertise. The selection of shoes in this store has always met my need for shoes every time I visit this store and I am always satisfied with their product. My wife also loves this store and for many years, we have bought all our seasonal shoes/boots etc at this store.they backup their products and Moncton is very lucky to have this store serving the area.

Absolutely amazing customer service, I went in for safety work shoes. I always have a hard time finding any type of shoe as i have a wide foot.Richard was awesome to deal with and gave me a few different options to choose from and was super patient even with the store super busy when I was there. He made sure that I had a great fitting shoe that will be comfortable for the long days ahead on my feet all day at work.

The service here is second to none. They have an amazing selection and are always quick to assist. I got my first pair of boots here at the age of 15 and 30 years later it's still my families first and only choice for footwear. We highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. I had a leather purse strap changed to fit my needs and another purse I had clips removed and it permanently attached. Absolutely perfect. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
