Been 3 years begging my own f%#in documents. No phone? No walking in? No respect? No help? Sending security to talk to me on the door instead of letting me? It’s a complete disrespectful! Worst place I ever experienced.

The number is out of service.I called the main number, everyday 10 times. It’s said we are busy for certain options.I wrote more than 10 emails, no responseI tried to come to the office, it’s closed and only by appointments.So please let me know how can I ask my inquiries?

It's been 65 days since I submitted my application for PR card renewal and there is yet an application number to be assigned to my file.Went to this location today even though it says by appointment only and as expected I was sent away by the security guard.Can't get through the phone and there no way to make an appointment. So frustrating
