We needed new phones so we went to see Nicholas. He was so helpful with switching over service providers and getting us the phones we wanted. It was nice to just tell him what we needed and he looked after it all! When the screen needed to be replaced on one of the phones from being dropped, he made the process super easy. Nicholas is very knowledgeable on product and service providers. Great customer service as well!

We just bought 3 phones and updated our plan with Keira at the wirelesswave booth in kingston Ontario. She is absolutely amazing to deal with, extremely professional and kind. We bought our son his first phone and she made him feel included in everything and even let him pick out his own number .We highly recommend Keira to everyone we talk to. She broke down our plans to make sure we understood everything before signing. We have been with Roger's for years and she is by far the best employee we have ever dealt with.

Stopped in to see about a upgrading my phone as well as my wife’s , and ended up dealing with Nicholas Leveille, which all I can say is amazing service , explained everything from start to finish , and helped us get the colour of phone we wanted and even finding the best warranty ! See you in 8 months when it’s time to upgrade again !
