Disappointed in all sense.Don’t go there If you value for time and money.

Worst experience. I went to get my Canada passport photos and they took 10 mins to show up, you know with what? - a tiny toy camera (some vivitra" brand). The photographer was struggling to take the picture with no tripod

Reasonable cost!

I would give no stars if possible. I made a online order for 4x6, 5×7 and few 8x10. Two weeks later I go to pick them up. Wait in the line at photo center. Staff searched and searched for the order and it was not there. She could not give any update on the order only option given was to call 1866 number or online. Called 1866 number. Found out the order was cancelled by Walmart because they can not fill the order. I was not notified the order was cancelled. I than had to request refund for order that was already canceled. Understanding if a order could not be filled but I should of been notified and the refund should of been automatic.

They advertise they do Passport photos but they don't have any passport photo paper. No sale guys, if you're in the business but have no photo paper, you're not really in the business.

Good, fast service. We did passport photos for an infant and a toddler - not the easiest thing to capture but she did it!

Giving 1 star is too good of a rating for this place, I would give 0 if I could.Placed an online order in December 2022 for next day pick-up and then received an email saying it was delayed. 1 week later I called asking about my order and was told it was being shipped in and should be there at the store in the next 24 hours. 2 more days past and my order status still showed as delayed. I call the photo centre department again multiple times and nobody would answer the phone, I was finally able to get through to the electronics department and was told their printers have been down for 2 weeks and they couldn't fulfil my order & I'd have to call the 1800 number for a refund. I called, waited on hold for over an HOUR, explained the situation and that I wanted a refund but in order for the Rep to cancel/refund my order she'd have to get in contact with the Bayers Lake Photo Centre to confirm they can't do the order. She tried calling & calling the store but nobody answered and therefore she refused my refund, told me to call back and then hung up on me. I finally got a refund by speaking directly to the store manager.Fast forward to June 2023 after swearing I'd never place another order with this photo centre, I reluctantly ordered 1 poster print that I needed in a time crunch. 2 days after placing the order I get an email saying it was delayed.I called the store and was told the machine was down, my ordered had been cancelled and in order to get a refund I'd have to contact the 1800 number. Seriously?I would HIGHLY recommend to avoid ANY of the Walmart Photo Centres. If for any reason they can't print your photos they will cancel your order but not immediately refund. Then you'll have to jump through hoops with the 1800 number.Fool me once shame on you..

TerribleSo I purchased a queen-size air matress and a matress pad around 10:30am this morning . ( there is a Walmart stick on both products saying unopned items with receipt can be refunded within 90 dys .opened items can only be exchanged ) After i visited costco, i changed my mind and decided to return them , I came back to Walmaret around 11:30am and told customer services I `d like to return those 2 items I puchased 1 hour ago, I was told those items are Fxxxxx final sales , no refund, no store credit becasue they are air matress . I argued with Walmart customer service that stickers say all unopened items can be refunded but customer service kept telling me this is final sale and no refund at all . More importantly , one of items I purhased is a matress pad and they told me it is considered as a air matress as well so final sales and no refund and even no store credit !So Fxxx you Walmart, I am going to call my credit card and report you because this is not authorized transaction and I am also going to wirte to CBC, CTV , FACEBOOK. Fxxxx you Walmart and your Sxxxxx Fxxx staff

Staff do not want to make any effort to help anyone. They just answer with “I dont know” instead of finding someone who can help.The store was not tidy and it was hard to find things - items kept falling off the hangers.

This place is located inside Walmart super centre .This is a great place to print quality pictures .We can customize pictures before printing.There is photo kiosk to customize our pictures.There are lot of options for photos such as poster, canvas, photo-books, calendars ,woodblock etc.Prices are reasonable.Staff are very friendly and helpful.They provide a great service .
