Unprofessional staff. Very limited knowledge about products they are selling. They will give you incorrect information to sell more and make more money on you.I explained that I need to do small interior touch ups and asked what sheen Benjamin Moore sample has. Staff said that sample is not egg-shell sheen so I need to buy a big can. But on the official Benjamin Moore web-site it says that all samples are egg-shell sheen. I needed exactly egg-shell sheen. Instead of buying sample for 7$, staff of the shop misled me and sold me a big can for 53$.Shame!

The team there knows what they're doing. Had some colours in mind, chatted with Sonya and she gave me another option to consider. She was RIGHT. Great eye and advice. We also had a really great experience with Dillian, same thing, knew the colours and understood our vision. They have so many options it could be overwhelming, but the advice and knowledge they have takes away that stress. Will only buy paint from there going forward (never close!)

helpful - but this whole benjamin moore paint formula change is a racket designed to make you repaint and use more paint since the colors and sheens don’t match the old colors and sheens

Have been there twice for paint and stain and can truly say it is the best experience I have ever had with a paint store in my personal and professional lives. The advice and service have been spot on both times. First experience was entirely contactless in May and despite a miscommunication on the phone order they made it right with very little discussion. Went back because of that experience and because the recommendation on the Sansin stain for my deck was amazing. Today they spent almost 2 hours looking at stain options and actually applied 8 different stain samples to wood that I brought with me to help me make decisions regarding staining my new veranda railings. Cannot say enough about the team at Monarch.

Great Experience buying Paint. Bet it would be same for wallpaper, window coverings and supplies. Such a fabulous and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team. Trevor, Dylan, goddess of tint, Lori and the rest. Don’t go to a big box place for your paint. Go to Monarch Paints and enjoy the experience!

Went in today to get some ideas for a few upcoming DIY home updates involving paint and wallpaper. Sonia was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and helped me narrow in on the paint types and colours, as well as gave me some great wallpaper ideas. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

i’m a contractor I purchase paint here all the time. The service is spectacular and Trevor in particular is very good with assisting with all aspects of paints and paper. I can call ahead and they get my entire order ready for pickup. I highly recommend this place and will continue to purchase from them.

Service was quick and efficient. We knew exactly what we wanted, and they mixed it while we waited. This visit was required because the F&B store on Young didn't have this paint in stock. Would buy here again.

Excellent service. Prepared three stain samples on my material complete with polyurethane finish so I could get a perfect match to existing trim in an old home. All the staff were very helpful.
