Oakville North Endoscopy

I recently had my first colonoscopy and I was of course nervous. But when I called and asked questions about how to prep the lady named Sarah who answered the phone was so kind, helpful, informative and put my nerves completely at ease. She was very patient even though I had a ton of questions and she patiently and kindly addressed them all. Even when I arrived for my appointment I recognized Sarah’s voice and she welcomed me in such a cheerier manner. The whole medical crew that were part of the procedure were all wonderful. Dr Mandelbaum who was the doctor that preformed the procedure was very kind and made me feel at ease and before I knew it the whole procedure was done! You’re pretty much asleep for the whole thing and I can’t tell you how grateful I was that it was all pain free. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff members that work at the Oakville North Endoscopy!

This is a new clinic, only opened for 3 weeks. My experience is exactly same as they say: to provide state of the art, comprehensive, quality medical services in an efficient and caring environment to ensure the best for your health.The staff is very caring and quick response to my reservation and my question. The process of my colonoscopy was well taken care off. Dr. Mandelbaum is excellent. It only took me half an hour to finish the process and I felt nothing. It was great that I get the results immediately after the process.Very happy with overall experience. Highly recommend!!

I am the ride for my mom when she took her colonoscopy today.  I am a little bit nervous about the process, but the staffs are so nice to comfort me that the whole process will be quick and I can walk around to get a cup of coffee. It is really quick and I have no time to get my coffee!!!   When I saw my mom, she looked having a very good sleep and relaxing.I am very happy she came here to do her colonoscopy. Highly recommend!!
