Hello , my husband visit the store at 4:38pm,He entered the gate and opened the gate for other customers. The worker name Jannet she was working around that time, she misbehaved with my husband telling him continuously he didnot came first and she was not taking order for him but why she was doing this I didnot know but this is not a customer service if customer saying he was first why she was not listening she was asking from another customer was he came first what was this going on please tell her to do proper customer service she cannot misbehave like this , she cannot do racism.Tomorrow definitely will come to store so we can check the camera, other customer also told her that my husband came first but she was not listening. Please definitely check the camera.

Sandy who works there worst service. On Apr 27 I ordered rea , she served me 10later and she did even bothered to call and provide. It became cold, when asked she arrogantly reply, it's your problem.

Stopped in for a bite to eat, wasn't feeling meat, so I decided to try the veggie habanero wrap. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I surprised. Rice, quinoa, tomato, lettuce, cheese I think? All rolled up in an grilled wrap. A+

Went to try the new freshly brewed iced tea quencher, and was told that the iced tea and the passion fruit tea lemonade were the same so they ended up giving us that even though we made it clear that they were two different things (if they weren’t why would there be the 2 different drinks in the app). To boot my drink ended up having floaters in the bottom, I’m not going back to the store to get told that I’m wrong even though it literally says in their app and on their drive through menu that they have it and that it’s 2 different drinks. There’s a 50 cent difference in the drinks so if they were the same thing why would i be able to get it cheaper by calling it something else. Train your employees better please.

Back in the summer there was a commotion there about an older man a bunch of kids, somethin about a bike not supposed to be somewhere outside. Then all of a sudden THE Beaumont Spiderman appeared out of literal no where and the argument stopped and they had sat back down. Other than that the cheese croissants go harder than any other place in town, frozen lemonade also is good but wouldn't say the best

Went there on my way to home at 8am. Just ordered simple egg wrap with lettuce and tomatoes in it but they gave me the sausage one and I ended up experiencing nausea and vomiting after one bite as I don’t eat any meat. Also this was not my first time getting wrong order. This happened 3rd time with me at the same location. Never going to order here again

I ordered one of their drinks because I couldn't get a smoothie for some reason they don't have smoothies now I always get a strawberry banana smoothie but it's not available now and I had to order the Oreo strawberry creamy chill and it just didn't taste good it was too sweet it just didn't taste anything like strawberry and I'm just disappointed I even ordered it, I'm just mad that wasting money on food that didn't taste good

Visited this tim horton like 4-3 times and every time i fell sick by having their latte .. and literally doing vomiting all day.. i don't know whats wrong may be they don't follow proper hygiene ... very disappointed.. always tried to give them another chance but it never worked for me... not a single star for this place

Hubby ordered an english muffin with bacon. English muffin wasn't toasted, egg was ice cold and was topped with sandwich ham...really?! Hot chocolate wasn't even hot, and tasted like a cup of sugar...Last time going here for sure!
