They charge a large amount for their food and the quality does not equal the price. You can find equivalent prices at near by places like Rudy's and Hy's yet have a much higher quality of food.

Ordered a burger and fries with room service . Didn’t come for an hour. Tried to call down. No answer. After an hour and a half (my bad for waiting so long), I went down to the restaurant. They hadn’t put the order through. Didn’t offer an apology, just asked if they wanted me to put it through. Terrible service all around. I was really disappointed.

Ate here on a Monday night. Restaurant was filthy: dust on everything, food covering the carpet, and greasy fingerprints on the windows. Their menus were no exception, old and out of date, smeared with food. Avoid this place.

Did the buffet before a recent Jet's game. Buffet was very good, great service and nice atmosphere. Will go back.

Had a few hour wait and grabbed a bite. Food was excellent I recommend the Clubhouse Sandwich and fries. The waitress was very nice and service was great. Will definitely eat there again on way back threw.

The person waiting on us, used no words except to take our order, didn’t bring coffee refill, tried to serve our table on the crumbed up placemat if the previous person, when I pointed that out she was obviously super annoyed and was harsh in removing the dirty one and made an issue of placing a clean unused water glass. I asked for butter for my dry toast that I didn’t request, she didn’t bring it, then drops our bill at our table as she walks by with again, no words. Paying....another issue for her. No tip for her!

Meagan showed up deshoveled looking. Her hair was a mess and her uniform messy. She did not fill our water glasses. She did not ask new comers to the table what they wanted to drink. We had to go to the bar and ask for more wine glasses. She brought us a dirty wine glass that smelled. When we asked her about the calamari she curled her nose and said,” I wouldn’t eat that”. We had to find her to ask her for the next round. She forgot half of it. We asked for a finger bowl for wings and she brought a small bowl of water. No plate. No lemon. No heat. Nothing. We asked for extra napkins for the sticky wing fingers and she brought us what looked like bunched up paper from a washroom paper dispenser. She sighed or rolled her eyes every time she had to come over. We asked for separate bills from the very beginning and didn’t get the proper bills not just once, but twice. Actually took THREE times for her to get my bill correct. She didn’t clear any drinks or empty plates from our table. I eventually had to ask another server to come help us. It was the worst service we had ever received. As five people who dine out often we were extremely disappointed in the standard of service of this hotel restaurant. We will never return.

We came here for poutine week. They havea Best View Poutine for $17.99. Fries with tenderloin strips, bothwell cheese curds, rosemary and peppercorn gravy, pickled shallots.We really loved the peppercorn gravy. I imagine there prime rib on the regular would be delicious with this sauce. My only issue was the tenderloins were a bit overcooked for my taste. They were well done and I prefer mine rare.Service was very good.On event days they have a buffet for prime rib that's $21.99. It starts at 430pm and ends at 730pm. IT looks like a very good deal! I want to try this if I can in the future (Time my visit with a game day)
