My husband and I usually enjoy going here And I’ve never had any complaints but tonight was a different story we were greeted very unpleasantly actually we weren’t greates at all but rather the young women working back turned towards us and walked away to grab another employee(who was delightful) We had a few questions regarding a purchase we had wanted to make and if it was possible the young man didn’t know how to answer the question so he directed us towards his coworker who had just bluntly said “No way” in a very unpleasant manner. She had made it seem like it was a bother for us to be in there. Mind you at this point we were the only customers in there. As we were patiently waiting for our food I was watching her make our burgers (it’s an open concept kitchen so you can see everything) and as I was grabbing condiments this women shouted VERY rudely as she was over by the grill “Do you need something?!” Because I was watching them cook. At this point I had my food and was only grabbing condiments so there was no reason for her to shout this over. She had kept looking over and giving us dirty and even dirtier looks by the end of it. This review isn’t for me to receive compensation or anything along those lines but to make the managers and hopefully owners aware of this behaviour and the horrible customer service or next to no customer service or sensitivity from this employee. Also to top it off the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and for it not being busy I don’t think the kitchen should of looked the way it did especially if that’s what customers see.

Seriously one of the best burger joints around. I live on the island. Every time I'm on the mainland I stop here for a burger. Milkshakes are also killer. And I order a small fries for my whole family. They always throw in extras. Great place. Wish there was one on the island.

I arrived at the location and approached the counter to place my order. I stood patiently by the counter for approximately five minutes, but to my dismay, I was completely ignored. It felt as though I were invisible. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the counter had been closed. While I accept that I may have missed the sign indicating its closure, it would have been preferable if the staff had shown some courtesy by informing me that the counter was no longer operational.

Lots and bells and whistles but you end up with a very nice product that has really good flavor and taste authentic. Using peanut oil to cook the fries and gives it a very unique flavoring and taste. I'm very pleased with their Breakers as they come with a variety of different sauces and it's an exceptional staff that no exactly how to direct you to what they would like to sell you. The burgers leave you full and for $30 for two people it's part of the times

The staff are great and allow for any substitution and change. They are very safe with the bowl they made for a Celiac in my party who had no adverse reaction in any way. For how basic the restaurant seems it is a quaint and wonderful place to eat. Well worth the price and you cant beat a bag of fries when you order a cup.

Amazing! It was impressive expression!!!You can choice your own topping, yes yiu can make the taste for you. And besides there are free peanut, not anymore boring to wait your burger.Store is clean, and crew are seems kind.

Pretty on point for a chain . Food came quick and was excellent. Nothing like a fresh burger . You can clearly tell the difference between fresh and not frozen . Would definitely eat here again

I love this place! Convenient location and easy to get to. Very clean facilities. Orders are always correct. And very tasty food! Love the Cajun fries and the customized burgers are so fantastic. I'm drooling just recalling my experience with these very tasty and well made burgers. You can taste the freshness and quality ingredients If you're getting lots of sauce and toppings, highly recommend to get extra Napkins, because they will make sure you get your moneys worth of food!

This was one of the best burger joints I've been to. Staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Menu is simple but the burgers are incredibly customizable at no extra cost. Burger was cooked to order and the fixings fresh. The Cajun fries had just the right amount of spice. I'll be back next time I make a trip off the Island. I hope Five Guys opens up a location on the island one day.
