I was somewhat nervous about having gum grafting, but Dr. Lynch and her staff made the experience mush less stressful than I anticipated. Dr. Lynch is very professional, helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I cancelled an appointment with adequate notice, I then had to recieve another referral from my dentist, when I finally got the chance to call Delta Peridontal back, I was asked to rebook another examination - and the appointment was 4 months out. I then came to notice there was incorrect information on my file, I asked them to remove the information. I spoke to the office manager and she spoke back in an extremely rude manner, and hung up on me. Keep in mind I'm the customer. For a healthcare related business there is no mindfulness, listening and understanding about what the customer might be experiencing.

Dr. Lynch and her staff are extremely professional, friendly and outgoing. I was provided with realistic expectations regarding pain, recovery time etc. for my gum graft surgeries and the results far exceeded my expectations with no complications and minimal discomfort. 10/10 would recommend.
