Great place to live for the price, upstairs gym and study area are a nice bonus. Maintenance is pretty on top of things too which you don’t often see with student apartments. Only downside is there is no oven and kitchen space is limited.

This building has spacious floor plans and a nice place to study and play games on the top floor. The whole building is not well lit, including the bedrooms and common areas. The elevator can be quite slow during the day. Overall good value though.

My Rez on Lester is the best apartment for your buck, they have good amenities and they really care about their residents. The apartment complex is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. I’ve been living here for two years and I only have good things to say about it. The lounge space has to be the best perk of this building.

Great student housing for an amazing price as well! I have lived here for 1 term already and it was amazing! I love studying and going to the gym with my friends on the 18th floor. I plan on living here for the rest of my undergrad! Definitely recommend.

Honestly, this has been one of the best living experiences at Waterloo. The management is 5 stars! They are super helpful and maintenance requests are fulfilled within a week tops. Compared to a lot of complaints I've heard from friends living at other buildings on Lester, this has been heaven. The rooms are spacious, come with desks and beds, the suites are just nice in general. The lounge upstairs is always clean and a nice study spot. The gym is also very convenient. Being the closest to the ion is also super useful when getting to University or going uptown. Overall, great value for the rental prices.
