The machines are good. However to get it serviced the customer service is less than zero, in Winter they are too busy with snowblowers and do not have time to pick it up and drop it which is something they tell you when you buy - we pick and drop it off for servicing". And as per the service shop

Probably the quickest in and out repair garage for Honda. Most i have waited is 5 days.

First class serviceBrought in a part from Montreal by the next morning, what else can I say.Except that getting to the parts department on the phone was next to impossible, same old issues with staff shortage?

A graveyard has livelier staff. Called for parts inquiry and they hung up twice so I drove there and asked about getting my part. Clerk was too lazy to even look. Was told they would probably have to order it. Probably doesn't cut it buds, that thing in front of you is a computer and is used to verify. PROBABLY you deserve a pay check but I doubt it.Last time dealing with this place. Never inviting and always feel like I'm bothering them.However, Honda Town in Carbonear are the complete opposite to this place. Guess it's Honda Town only for this guy cause Honda One is the One place I won't be returning too.....

Parts and service is always fast and very knowledgeable. Always recommend to everyone!

I write this review as I sit in the parking lot of Honda One. The missus working in sales needs a crash course on how to approach potential customers and how to speak to people. I'd sooner drive to gander and make a purchase than speak to that woman for another second
