I have came to this clinic ever since I moved to windsor, honestly best choice for myself and kids. The staff are professional and show care and empathy I have been treated with all respect and they always do everything they can for the patient's sake.

Cash fees are insane here now. 2022 it was 50.00 a visit, then earlier this year it was 60.00, now it is 100.00 a visit due to admin fees". That is outrageous. Many other clinics in Windsor to choose from that aren't ripping people off with fees. I rather pay 60.00 and go to a nice walk in clinic with good service.They told me on the phone the prices were posted in the office. I went to the office to see this and this was not true. They said "someone must have taken it down" Shady operation it appears."

Best walk-in clinic in Windsor.. they have many professional doctors. Front desk are very busy, but they returned my voice message always. Thank you Elite

Dr. Chaker has too many patients his front staff cannot handle the influx the calls and calls often go unanswered or put on hold too awful music.Appointments made with Dr. Chaker often result in a phone call where you do not even get to speak to the doctor you speak to his nurse Maddie which is a new practice adopted during covid sometimes you never get to see your own doctor or speak to him your left only speaking to Maddie.If you finally do get in to see him after booking an appointment and waiting 3 weeks he is quick in fashion friendly yes but the attitude of in and out you don't feel heard or understood there's no time for that he's in and out. Again that's because of the massive amount of new patients.In the beginning his practice was excellent when he was located on Eugenie Avenue at the cardiac center now there's way too many patients he adopted a bigger office took on more people and the care has suffered also I suspect better treatment of people of Middle Eastern descent or more accommodating of that ethnicity if you will.

Would recommend this clinic to all they have very fast walk ins and the environment is clean. Staff are very nice. Doctor I met was very treated.

Highly recommended!! My family and I have been with Dr. Chaker since we came to Canada. We’ve been receiving great care. Staff are friendly and they do their best to respond to calls or questions in a timely manner. Dr. Chaker is companionate and supportive; he listens patiently and gives you all the attention and care you need. He tried multiple treatment plans until we settle on the one that was most convenient.

This clinic has been amazing to me and my family. All of the staff treat you with the best they could.
