Dr. Hendrey Christoff Kolesky

Reception is always rude to me. Doctors in this office are great, however they need a new face to the office. If family doctors weren’t impossible to find I’d switch my son just so I’d never have to deal with her again.

Dr. Kolesky, Wanda and all the staff are amazing!They treat everyone so well, and always make time for you.I couldn't ask for a better doctors office!

Dr. Kolesky is a prince. Absolutely fantastic. Best Doctor ever. I don't know what they pay him, but it isn't enough. Thorough, compassionate, caring, easy to reach, office staff are wonderful, couldn't get a better Doctor.

I've had no personal issues with either Dr Kolesky nor Dwayne, they are good doctors. And I liked the nurse that use to be there, but she is no longer there for some reason. Its this new receptionist they've got, she is extremely rude and cold and I did not just have a good experience speaking with her. I tried to make my son a doctors appointment for tomorow morning as my son is very sick, and she rudely informs me they're not open fridays. I mention that this Google page says otherwise and proceed to get argued with. I'm like I've had appointments on fridays". She goes "yep" rudely. I pause. Then go "....so you dont do that anymore?" She goes "nope" and that was it. Zero information

Kolesky is a great doctor but he needs new front desk staff. The lady I always get on the phone is consistently rude and dismissive. Every single time.

Can't speak to the attitude or professionalism of the doctor, because the front desk staff seem to make it next to impossible to see them, needless that that profesionalism simply not there for the front desk staff.They've been dismissive, unprofessional, and actually lazy. My name was misspelled, my intake information was wrong, she called last second to bump my appointment earlier, but was delayed while I was filling out my paper work. Overall a fairly terrible experience, if there wasn't an absolute void of medical care in Barrie, I'd consider de-rostering.

Straight to the point, but not brash. Great with my baby and understanding of all my constant questions. The nurse practitioner is also great and Ihave only had pleasant experiences with the rest of the staff. BUT BEWARE because google maps will say the address is 370 Bayview Dr, Barrie, ON L4N 0M7 and then give you directions to Wellington St. (This made me late once)

Dr Kolesky , Dwayne and Wanda are all very helpful and knowledgeable. We love how they take the time to ask how we are and actually seem to care about our family when we at unwell. Best group of people and doctor I’ve ever had. Dwayne is a hoot and I always enjoy a good laugh when I see him. I give these beautiful souls 10 gold stars .

They treat me and my family like gold. Super fortunate to have them.

I could go on for pages Google would never allow for to explain how useless this doctor and entire office is. Run. Run far.
