I have had many installations of MH extensions and have ZERO complaints! Felecia is the BEST in the biz! Her prices are exceptional, her work is exceptional and she is also just really fun to hangout with! I have referred multiple ladies to her for extensions, all who have continued to use her for their extension goals. I had one batch of extensions that were not the great quality me or Felecia were used to but it was 100% NOT in her or my control. I did all the required steps in maintain my extensions for optimal results and Felecia was able to get a refund from the supplier and we went ahead and replaced some of the lesser quality extensions. I've never asked for a refund or needed a refund but I can guarantee if a customer asks for a DESERVED refund, Felecia would honor that. Felecia takes great pride in her business and it's because her work is actually something to be proud of. If you can't follow the required maintenance for MH hair extensions then maybe don't get extensions!!

I got hair extensions (hot fusion) from Felicia on January 27th, 2018. The total amount I paid for the extension was around $600.Right after the procedure of hair extension, the hair looked good, except the fact that the capsules were the largest I’ve ever worn (I’ve been gotten hair extension for the last 10 years). All my previous hair extension masters used smaller capsules and pieces of hair to not make hair heavy and to make extensions less visible. During the first 2 weeks, those large capsules pulled my hair and felt very uncomfortable.With all my previous hot fusion hair extensions I got from other masters I had no problems with going on vacation, different weather conditions (extremely hot and extremely cold), swimming in salty and chloride water, using different kinds and brands of hair care products without being committed to a certain product. The extensions lasted from 4 to 6 months, and looked like my natural hair. The hair got slightly damaged only from term tools like hair straightener, etc. However the damage was exactly like to my natural hair.With Felicia’s extensions the story was totally different. She recommended to use for the hair extensions I got from her a drug store brand Tresemme (if you look at the ingredients of this shampoo, you’ll see that they’re the same as in any other shampoo, except professional ones and organic). Another product recommended by Felicia was Biosilk serum for smoothing and making the hair shiny (note, not for stopping hair loss). Again, if you look at the ingredients of Biosilk serum, you’ll find that they are very standard as for any other basic hair serum. Neither Tresemme nor Biosilk products aren’t products for taking care of extended hair and do not contain any ingredients that affect longevity of wearing extended hair and keeping the hair in presentable condition. Felicia offered me to buy the serum from her for ,but it cost $12.99 on winners and I refused and decided to use my professional serum. I used my serum only for the ends, and I never used it on the capsules. I didn’t use any hair masks, and other products that might’ve affect the extensions.Felicia is trying to blame me for using my serum instead of the Biosilk one. However, a serum, a product for smooth and shiny hair, used on the ends cannot justify poor quality of the hair extension. After 2 weeks, the extensions done by Felicia started to fall out intensively. The volume disappeared, but the capsules stayed. They can be taken of only be a professional. At this moment, I have only ⅙ of the extensions left; even though it’s been 7 weeks since I got the extensions. It’s impossible to brush the hair, because they’re all matted. The extensions are all over my house. Every time I touch the hair, they fall out. I visited 2 hair extension masters, and they all confirmed a bad quality of the extensions and the capsules (they’re too large).Since March 1st, I’ve been taking photos and videos of the extensions to show the, to Felicia and ask for a refund for the bad-quality work. After I messaged Felicia and ask for a refund, she blocked me on Facebook and Instagram, which was very unprofessionally, and sent me very rude text messages. She’s never asked to show her the hair and she’s never suggested any solutions. She said it was all my fault only because I didn’t use the mentioned above serum (which is nonsense).Then I'll contact paralegal and she sent her my offer to refund my money (full cost and removal)She offered $250 and rewiews removal. I declined her offer, because this amountdoes not cover new hair and hair removalI would like to inform other people to aware them not to use her services unless they are wanted be treated like me.Beware. Hair won't last for promised 4 months. If you won't like them you will never be refunded or get help to fix them.You'll be blocked like me and other people.As unsatisfied client, I will leave my rewiew here.

I got my hair done today by Felecia. I can't express how amazing her work is! I loved being pampered and the feeling of my extensions. She was very informative and told me all the best methods to keep my extensions in tact and long lasting. She is truly an artist!!!! I will be seeing her again for my engagement and wedding!!! Thanks for making me feel like a princess!!!!!

When I decided to give extensions a shot, I went to a different specialist. All I can say is, I wish I'd gone to Millionhairs first. That original set I had elsewhere was sub quality, dry, and poorly placed.Soon after, I went to Millionhairs and invested a bit more $$ into her extensions and gave the experience a second go. And let me tell you THEY LASTED! I actually was able to wear them beautifully for nearly 6 months! Her service and manner was professional and friendly, she was thorough with after care instructions and always available if I had further questions pertaining to them.I would recommend her in a HEARTBEAT to newbies to the extensions world to veterans! Thanks for the beautiful extensions and I can't wait until I can get a new set!
