They no longer cut your bage if you don't toast itl. Sorry but I can get a better bagel at the Grocery. Tim Hortons was convenient now it's not. No point to ever go back.

Ordered five sandwiches. Received four. None of the BELTs had LT. After a couple rounds of overly complicated and in-depth discussions, we got everything we ordered. Food was good!

This location has some serious problems. I will go out of my way to go to a different tims in town. You can only get a wrong order or coffee grinds in your coffee so many times. I’ve seen a particular female manager treat her employees so incredibly poorly and raise her voice on a number of occasions in front of customers. These employees don’t get paid enough to deal with tempered customers, let alone being degraded by management.

They always get the orders wrong and have stolen/attempted to steal money from us on more than one occasion. We always get 2 coffee, one for my husband and one for myself... When we have enough points for a free coffee, they still take the full amount for 2 coffees and keep the rest. I'm assuming they either pocket it or put it in the tip jar. It happened a few times before we clued into what was happening, then we paid extra close attention anytime we would have anough points for a free coffee and caught them in action, called them out on it, they got super flustered and gave our money back.

4th time this month paying extra for something I didn’t order. I ordered two iced Capps then they had me pay for three. Run by teenagers and no one knows what they’re doing

I decided to stop here for a coffee and initially couldn’t believe how loud the music was when I entered the restaurant (generous term for this location), every patron had to lean over the counter and yell their order. I had the pleasure of standing infront of the cash register for probably 5-7 minutes before having someone else come in and have their order taken before mine (Was standing at the cash which was on and had a display, but employees never took my order or told me to move over to the next one, they just let me stand there staring at them waiting). Over this 5-7min period I decided I wanted a bagel as well. I opted for four-cheese bagel toasted with butter and bacon. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a bagel! My bagel was disgusting. My bagel was undoubtedly stale and likely sat for a day. It was unusually thin, had a massive thumb print that broke it in half, also, it was rubbery/sloppy and the girl preparing the bagel couldn’t find the care or diligence to even cut the bagel. Apparently only the top half of the bagel was worth cutting. I’ve eaten a lot of bagels in my time and bagels shouldn’t flop over limp, especially if they’re burnt on the outside like mine was. The bacon slices I received were approximately an inch long with the exception of one being about an inch and a half. I ended up throwing the bagel in the ditch and just eating my 3 strips of bacon as finger-food which was essentially 1 strip. The coffee was poor enough quality that it warranted returning as I had numerous grounds in the bottom of the cup that I was crunching between my teeth. The quality of food and service was poor enough that as I was nearing New Glasgow, I still felt it would be justifiable to return and get my money back. How this location has even a 3.8* rating is beyond me and according to the other reviews I’m not alone in my sentiment. It doesn’t appear that anyone reads or follows-up on reviews for this location, if I could give it a 0/5* rating I would, best to just stay away.

The only reason I'm giving this a 2 start is because the crew that works the morning shift actually knows what they're doing and cares about the customers. After 8am it's almost pointless to go through the drive thru because you will be waiting an exceptionally long time. Today is the 2nd time that I spent over 15 mins in the drive thru for only 3 cars to move along. I understand things can get busy but this is just unacceptable. Hire and train workers who actually care about customer satisfaction and providing good product to your customers in a timely manner. If you can't staff the place appropriately then close the drive thru down and focus on providing service to the in house customers.
