Expert Electric

I had Yoshi as my electrician and he was fantastic. I am doing a kitchen renovation and he installed beautiful pot lights. On top of that, I had an unexpected issue come up with my wiring and he made sure to come back the next day to fix it to keep me on my timeline. Can’t thank you enough! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because there was a lack of communication on one thing. I was not informed that Yoshi needed to come back to do more work. And thought another trade had cut a wire on me. But after finding out there was still more work to be done, there was good communication. And with how beautiful the pot lights are, how flexible Yoshi was to come back in an emergency situation and the quality of work, I would recommend and use Expert Electrical again.

I was very satisfied with the work an Expert Electrician did at my home. Tony was thorough, friendly and efficient. I explained the problem and he found the source and fixed it. Another plus is that they had an opening available very soon when my home was overheating on July 27th, due to my air conditioning not working because of a loose wire connection which caused power to be out in one area of my home. I will call Expert Electric if I need any work done in future.

We had Brad from Expert Electric come out and upgrade all of our basement lights to new LED pot lights. WOW! This guy takes such pride in his work! They look amazing! He installed I8 pot lights and 3 new smoke detectors in one day! No extra repair work needed from dry wallers or painters! I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs you have. Excellent work, fair pricing, great customer service. I have removed all other electrical companies from my contacts as this is the only place I will call in the future!

Installation of an additional electrical outlet in our ensuite - close to toilet. Brad was able to install this outlet in a very difficult spot. I am very pleased that he was able to get it the location he did and how well it fits and blends. Brad was friendly and very professional and explained the options and process to me. I will definitely use this company again and I give them a high recommendation.

Tony from Expert Electric completed work at our home over 2 days, and we couldn't be happier! Tony was responsive and helpful during the initial estimate process, and was professional and informative while working on our home. We plan to have Tony back again to complete some additional work on our home in the near future.the office staff is also wonderful and professional. I called on a Saturday with a question and received a call back within a few minutes. This is the third time I’ve used Expert Electric’s services. Brad from Expert is exceptional. He understood my needs and informed me of the challenges when it came to installing an EV charger in our home. And yet, he was able to figure out a workaround. The best part of all was that it was all within budget. He went above and beyond and the set up looks outstanding. He even cleaned up my garage after he was done. Overall I found Expert Electric very professional and appreciated that they took the time to explain what was required and why. I felt they took proper Covid precautions and I was very comfortable letting Brad into my house to make repairs while my family was working from home. I also liked that Expert Electric was was easy to communicate with and everyone I spoke with was friendly and caring.
