Busy location all the times I’ve been in. Service can be hit or miss, due to the high traffic.I took off a star due to having to get a drink remade on two different occasions, due to the wrong milk being used.The store is clean and has clean restrooms.

Baristas were polite and made very good customer connections. I am somewhat a regular and every one I've talked to has been the same. Highly recommend.

Really awful customer service. Used the app to order ahead, went to grab the drinks. Barista was putting the drinks on a very narrow shelf for mobile pick up, wasn’t paying attention and put it on the edge, the whole coffee (thankfully ICED) spilt ALL over my young daughter. Covering her head to toe in coffee. Was a venti so it was ALOT of coffee. Barista asked her if she ok, never said sorry, never said sorry when leaving. And I was offered no compensation, no other employees said sorry. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they “were not in” on a Monday morning. Strange. Do better. Treat people better.

Terrible customer service, no one acknowledges you standing there for 4 minutes for you molibe, not even a hello or I'll be with you in minute. I know your busy but that is what customer service is about and then to tell me you do not have my product is very unfortunate. The staff at Grandview are far better, the manager or regional should do a better job coaching there staff rather than have personal conversations, and interact with your guests. I will never be back to this location.

I had a reg Pike place coffee ,but then on my last sip I had a mouth full of coffee grinds. But Cole solved it by giving me gift card for 2 more Thanks.

I am so shocked that I have to give any Starbucks a bad review.Today, I went in to order at the cashier instead of mobile. Boy!! Big mistake!!Not to mention the long wait, they forgot about my order.When I asked one of the staff about my order, he didn't even want to check. He said, It will come when it comes. You just have to wait." (So rude tone as well.)I wasn't even complaining. I just asked politely.I was upset but still waited because I could see they were busy.After few more minutes of waiting
