FUEL Fitness & Nutrition (24 Hour Gym)

It's a good thing there's a new gym coming to Oakbank, because since the new owners have bought this gym, it's on a landslide. The gym itself is filthy. Cleanliness has taken a turn for the worst. The fans are covered in dust, mirrors are caked with finger prints and slime. The equipment is not maintained or cleaned. The 4 treadmills are dangerous. The belts slip and the turn off randomly. The garbage is overflowing most days and the entrance is filled with rocks and gravel. There's a personal trainer that shows up once in a while, but she doesn't do anything around the gym. She's miserable and not customer service oriented.I've tried to contact the owner regarding my concerns and received no reply. I don't think they care about this place other than to take our money.

Good gym other than having no water cooler or water fountain, the water from the taps is unfiltered and stinks would be way better if I didn’t have to buy a bottle every time I go.

A great gym, with great local owners.Fuel Fitness + Nutrition gives you everything you need, whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym-goer.The gym is 24/7 so it’s convienent, as it works with anyone’s schedule.It’s also great in pricing, especially as it is a brand new building.If you haven’t tried or heard of their smoothie bar, you must try their smoothies. They are almost to die for.If you’re just a cardio enthusiast, they have all equipment that you need too!The energy the gym with the regular people that go to the gym is splendid as well, and it adds a good experience to the gym.

Our Oakbank gym was bought by the same owners and in 3 months, I've never seen a staff member. It has becoming increasingly dirty and the equipment fixes are not getting done. On several occasions I've gone in and there is no toilet paper in the washroom and the sanitization bottles are empty. The entrance way is so dirty you can't take your shoes off without getting mud in your socks. I hope that this is an oversite to being new to location, but in 7 years of going here I've never seen it so dirty and lack of customer service.
