Not customer oriented. Failed to show up as promised on 2 occasions I have used them and not because of weather or mechanical issues but because of poor planning/over commitment of resources. 4 hours delay the first time; 8 hours the second time - which forced us to spend an additional night in Thompson. Will not fly with them again. Update....now they won't even pick us up today (the scheduled date) and we have no idea when (if) we will fly tomorrow. Absolutely the worst flying service.
