Poor service cowl seal on windshield gab for water to swap through

I placed another order with them recently and have to say it was another excellent experience. This order showed up sooner than expected, so I guess the slowness of my first order was an exception. Even with the cost for shipping, they are the cheapest price I've found.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This was my first online order from their parts dept. but it most definitely won't be my last. Fast responses to my questions, and when I mistakenly ordered an item that was backordered, they gave me the option to change my order not to delay the more important item, instead of just backordering the whole order. This is what I would consider great customer service. Motor City's price on my all-weather liners and touch-up paint were the lowest I've seen even when you take into account shipping. Shipping took a longer than expected, but during this pandemic it's to be expected. My only complaint about Motor City is that they aren't my local dealer. Oh well, nobody's perfect but if their new car prices are just as good, it may make a road trip worth it.Thank you for the great service

Yani was amazing with my needs and teaching me a lot about the car if he didn’t show me a lot about the car I would have never gotten it. Yani was so friendly and his service was amazing ait made me feel at home.

Jen from financial department was very unprofessional. Waited over 2 weeks for a car. Jen does not call you back. Jen will tell you she has over 50 applicants to deal with and also she had a huge tent sale so she couldn’t get back to me. So waited two weeks for nothing. Please be careful when trying to get a vehicle from Motor City Chrysler. Very bad experience. I hope no one has to go through what I did. Carmen Mcleod.

Ordered parts online that took 2.5 weeks to come, tried cancelling told me even though I don’t have them they would charge me a 35% restocking fee. A fee to throw back on the shelf and when the next person comes charge full price. I talked with the manager about exchanging for other parts and told me nope unless I want to pay the fee and said good luck and hung up. I was looking at trading my car in within the next month or 2. Now I know to go elsewhere.
