My husband stumbled on an ad and dealt with Frank for our recent purchase. Frank took the time to answer all my husbands questions and send us a video of the car, we were so impressed that we put a deposit down as we are from Winnipeg and flew out to sign the papers and drive away the same day! The car was in remarkable condition and Frank was easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make the sale happen from 2,000 KMs away!

I purchased a used car from Wallace Automobiles a couple years ago. Ran great for 3 years before I sold it. Never needed repairs in that time, and the staff at Wallace were friendly and no-pressure (compared to a used car I bought from a place down the street, which I shall not name for my own sanity, that sent me into a rage at how they treated me). They even had someone pick me up at home the day-of to complete transaction. Love this place, and I would definitely buy here again, I even recommend this place to my family. Thanks for the great service!

I would not even give a 1 star rating if 0 star was an option. Salesman was rude and ignorant. Offered us a $1.50 discount ( yes . One dollar , 50 cents) Not helpful what so ever. I would stay away from this place.I’m response to Wallace’s response “ so you think by insulting a customer with a $1.50 discount is appropriate? With all your researching prices maybe you should research customer service skills”. We purchased from Donnellys and had amazing service !

What a great organization. They are to the point with no BS. Quick friendly service. The truck I purchased was immaculate and of high quality. Frank was great to deal with. Could not be happier with the vehicle. We drove 350 km to look at the vehicle on his word that it was worth the trip and it was. He stayed late because we got caught in traffic. Overall very happy.

Extremely pleased with our car purchase experience at Wallace auto. We found the right vehicle at a very good price (I checked for similar vehicles on car gurus and auto trader and both rated this sale price as a good / great deal). Frank was very accommodating and attentive. We had pointed out some minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle we wanted and he noted each one and promised they would all be addressed....and each one was, to our satisfaction! We would highly recommend Wallace auto in Ottawa and Frank specifically for you vehicle search.
