Kat is amazing and truly so easy to work with ! I was looking for a good tattoo place where I can feel comfortable and she did amazing making me feel welcomed :) I will definitely be back !

I got my first tattoo here... then my second... then my third. Terrence is amazing at what he does and I will definitely keep coming back. Id rate it 6 out of 5 if possible

My partner booked me a tattoo appointment for my birthday. jessica (the artist) agreed on a couple of dates, and my Partner told her either one works. I had already booked the time off work, and arranged transport to her new location in Brantford. I then contacted Jessica to give her the information about the tattoo I wanted, and I was told there was no date booked. I read through the conversation between my partner and Jessica, I then sent Jessica the messages that were sent by her in her exact words. After explaining all of this to her, her response was I'm sorry

I received a tattoo from the owner, Terence Tait, to which he rushed significantly, completely ruined the tattoo, poor line work, missing lines and I contracted a massive skin infection which started spreading within 4 hours of the tattoo. I was hospitalized twice from this issue. The artist touches his phone with his gloves on and no protection on his phone, he leaves the room with his gloves on and doesn’t change them. He also allows his girlfriend to affect his work and who he can tattoo which is unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop AT ALL. If I could post photos of the infection spreading, I would!

The professionalism of this shop is at a solid 0, not only does it fail to maintain health standards (it is currently under investigation due to that factor) the owner Terrance has publicly displayed how unprofessional and misogynistic he truly is by Chalking up my friends issues (with an extremely infected tattoo that landed her in the hospital multiple times for testing etc) to “girl-drama”. Terrence has also let go of 2 female staff prior due to gender based discrimination, and is currently trying to send false reviews in his favour from Facebook so be very cautious reading them! Also it’s worth noting that if you book here there’s an off chance people uninvolved in working at the shop may be present in an uncomfortable way.I would like everyone to know he’s left my friend with a horrible tattoo and infection with no remorse before booking such an unprofessional person.

This is an amazing place Terence is amazing at his job he did all my cover ups ! It is so clean ! The bad reviews are due to girl drama in the shop ! I actually enjoyed the shop more with out the old workers there ! Great job T you da best

The atmosphere of this tattoo shop is so nice and calm, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Got a tattoo by Jess here and she did an amazing job, the colour is saturated perfectly and she has a really gentle hand while she's tattooing! I'd definitely come back again.

Kat has been finishing my patch sleeves with her beautiful designs ever since I found her on instagram and her professionalism has seriously blown me away. I am an incredibly anxious person and Kat out of all my tattoo experiences, my experience with her blows them out of the water. She’s never made me feel uncomfortable in her chair (Ive been quiet at a lot of my appointments with other artists and felt judged, but with Kat you can talk as much or as little as you want). As a queer person, entering Kat’s booth and seeing her rainbow decor I knew she was the right artist for me. She’s posted all my tattoos on her instagram @katsnowink, communicates clearly, and makes sure you know you can change the design as much as you want. Every time I contact her I’m never left hanging! Such a shame she will be leaving this shop but I’m excited to visit her at her new establishment.
