Harmony Acura

We have two vehicles of different makes so I took our Acura here and our other vehicle to the European dealer for that one. I won't name or slag the other one but what I will say is the service, attitude and outcome were night and day different! I will never be back to the other dealership and will never buy that make of car again however I quite likely will purchase an Acura next time we are looking for a vehicle if only to be able to be able to bring it here. :) Top notch service!

This was our 1st experience with harmony Honda. We were very pleased with our salesman Steve. He was very attentive to our needs and wishes for a new vehicle.Once we decided to purchase the Honda Civic Steve was with us the whole way he even arranged to have our new rims installed on the tires and was there to present the vehicle once they were on to ensure that we were happy with the look.I highly recommend harmony Honda and Steve to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Kyle Clegg was a fantastic sales representative of Acura, his professional & personal approach was gentleman & of class. giving care & consideration taking the time for me, working out a deal & negotiations on an Aucra MDX. I recommend Kyle be given promotion over his associate Quinn.Unfortunately, the Acura Associate QUINN was a deal breaker, setting up kyle with a terrible deal approach on negotiations with higher than retail sale when negotiating tires, then to offer free tires as if Quinn was offering the deal himself assuming to take the sale from Kyle. Quinn set up kyle for fail. with my experience in sales & professional ethics, this was not acceptable.further to Quins approach with out regard to myself, needing carful decision making of my options & finance, as a customer, to pressure the sale on quick over pushy hustle approach & disregard. I became upset vey quickly with Quinns abrasive push and disregard to my needs to make carful decision on such an investment, just to knock off a sale for the books of a Friday before a long weekend. I will not be doing business with Acura because of Quinn, who I believe purposely set up his associate for a fail sale in negotiations. I vote Kyle for promotion and would recommend to do business with kyle Clegg. thankyou kyle. 5starunfortunately i will not be returning because of Quinn. no star
