I purchased my Tucson from Cooksville Hyundai after being told at another location that there were no Tucson’s available with my “must have” items and then tried to sell me a sedan… talk about zero customer service and just looking for a sale. A friend recommended me to Cooksville and they had exactly what I was looking for, and had everything taken care of so quickly which was crucial since I was in between vehicles due to an accident and had to return my rental in a few days.I’ve since had every single service and maintenance appointment at Cooksville as well, and will continue to! My service advisor Paul has always taken great care of me! I always wait when I take my car in and if they are ever delayed or behind, Paul is always updating me and checking in with me throughout the appointment. Amazing service!I will definitely continue to service my car at Cooksville and will likely purchase my next vehicle here as well.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. The salesman was very courteous - helpful and explained everything to me. Went out of his way to try to get me the best possible price for my trade-in and the price he gave me was the best of any dealership I had gone to. Then we went on to go over all the options for the vehicle I wanted and the cost of each - line by line itemized. With many dealers adding extra charges these days or insisting on packages" that you cannot delete

I was specifically looking for a Hyundai Kona. I called Cooksville location and they had just the one! David Moore was fantastic in assisting me. I was coming all the way from Barrie for this vehicle and he made sure that no one else would try to sell it until I came in and saw it the same day. Fred was fantastic. He made sure to do everything he can to assist me. Even when I was feeling uneasy he sat with me and explained every question I had. He did not rush me or brush me off. A lot of times sales people will try to get every penny from you, but Fred is nothing like that.Thank you to the both of them for going above and beyond. That is what keeps customers coming back!

Fantastic experience..!! I went to the dealership for some admin work. They were to get nothing out of it, but the staff there is amazing. I am from service industry too, and I can tell when the connection and intention is genuine. I dealt with Paul, Fred and Jude. All three are gems.
