I have used Wade for many jobs over 10 years. I have owned and renovated several rentals and have had many maintenance calls to Wade. I am always extremely impressed. The quality, timeliness, communication and overall professionalism is of the very best. Wade has done new plumbing for me sub-concrete, new furnaces, new hot water tanks, new kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and every small maintenance job over the years. Highly recommend.

Wade helped us with both heating and plumbing in the same visit on one of the coldest days of winter so far in 2019. He fixed our furnace problem after diagnosing the problem and efficiently procuring a broken part. At the last minute, we also asked him for a second opinion on a weak water flow problem with one of our bathroom fixtures that a previous plumber had been unable to correct. He kindly took the time and quickly assessed and fixed the nagging issue we had been dealing with for years! We are were very pleased with his service. We highly recommend Cusromax and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Wade went above and beyond to install our new furnace. He even fixed our humidifier and redid some poorly installed A/C pipes from the last company we hired. His cost also came in at $2k less than his competitor's quotes. 10 out of 10 would hire again.
