What a find!!! Friend told me have to stop by this new store cuz she bought a patio set with curved couch and recliners and tables I’d been eyeing for awhile. They had two sets new in boxes super cheap compared to the Costco price. Went next day it was sold. Should‘ve gone sooner. Tons of stuff you see at Costco at better price. Most brand new tags on never opened. Highly recommend!

Clean store with a good amount of products however I found most of the products were definitely overpriced" compared to other liquidation shops across the city. You will still get a discount when comparing to the big store retailers (Costco etc.) but generally I wouldn't recommend

Exceptional staff. Great discounts, basically a cheaper, less busy Costco. We found a baby monitor about 45% off, Costco dog food about 30% off, and a few pieces of clothing 50% off. All in all, would definitely return.

This liquidation place is owned by graham auctions and is mostly (entirely?) Costco returns. Most items are priced at almost what you would pay for them brand new at Costco and some were priced higher than what they are brand new at Costco. It had a good amount of stock but the deals were not very good. Unlike Costco there is no guarantee that something will work or that it’s not damaged. Honestly for 90% of the things I looked at it would be worth it to pay a couple dollars more at Costco for the guarantee and return policy.

The store sells **returned items**.I bought returned items from this store and later found that the new items were cheaper or equal the price.They should mark the price down further. Won’t be shopping here again.

Urban Wholesale Liquidation
Went today randomly as we were in the strip mall…. Ended up walking out with a sectional and two sitting chairs! Huge savings for brand new products still being sold on the Costco website. Service was top notch and they even wrapped the furniture for us so we could transport safely! Wonderful experience!

I have been looking for a sectional for months and I have not been able to find the right one. And my issue was also that I live on the third floor with no elevator and I am not capable of carrying a couch by myself.They have free delivery with free setup as well. And they also have 0%payment plan over 12 months. I will be back to make a purchase.

I would recommend checking this liquidation centre out if you aren’t a Costco member, or if you are looking for something Costco has discontinued. They have great selection and prices on furniture and patio sets.We took a trip to Costco afterwards and noticed some items that was at this liquidation centre were priced higher than the Costco warehouse.
