Friendly, efficient, reliable; cars comfortable and in good nick; highly recommended!!! Excellent service: We were able to call them around 12am and they arrived in less than 5-7 minutes of waiting time. Very good and smooth driver with a positive attitude. Again, highly recommend them!

We just used this cab service twice today for a wheelchair ride. Excellent service, very prompt and professional. The cabbie was friendly and helpful, taking care to place the wheelchair safely and securely in the car. I highly recommend their service for your disabled family.

I reserved a wheel chair accessible cad for 9am and 12:45 from a school to the zoo.The first cab showed up, but the one for 12:45 never did. We waited until 2:00 and finally had to make other arrangements. The dispatch could only tell us they would send one when it was available. I would not suggest using this company, especially if you need a wheel chair accessible cab. 0 ⭐️

What a disgusting vehicle used for a ride from to the airport today.It started with the taxi arriving 10 min late even though called in the previous day. Luggage was loaded into a trunk that contains a tool box and other greasy tools just sitting around. This vehicle should be taken to the junk yard and thrown away. The shocks absorbers are gone, the car grunted when accelerating. The interior was worn out, bumper had numerous dents and scratches…...I could go on and on. It is unlikely this car would pass even a simple safety test.Disgusting

Had a pre booked trip for my wheelchair client,Confirmed twice.Called them 10 minutes after pick up time, said all vans were busy, will send one soon. An hour later still no show. Called back, could not get an ETA. They never showed up.Do not use this company.

I told the dispatch that I was waiting on 202 and 88 by CIBC bank sign.I was waiting in One place and the taxi was waiting at the door of the bank.I missed my appointment. People we madInstead of the cab moving to pick me up. I had cross the road go to the parking lot.I lost a deal After 2 hours of skytrain and traveling all the way from Chinatown in Vancouver the driver didn't care. No apology was made

I called 24hrs in advance to make a pick up appointment for a wheelchair cab in south surrey. PICKUP WAS PROMPT…the driver was super pleasant and kind and his (7yr old) cab was spotless! The return ride was seamless as well.I was very impressed as I had heard and read some negative reviews as my ride was only about a 10 minute drive away, however my experience was great today.I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

The taxi service generally works well but occasionally you get a driver who’s either rude or like last night refused to converse at all. So you are never sure what your experience will be. As we usually only take short rides we tip 40% to make it worth the driver’s time.

Drivers were friendly and helpful with my dad who is in a wheelchair. I found service much quicker if you call instead of pre-booking for pickup. The fact they have several wheelchair accessible vans is so reassuring.
