Great Canadian Oil Change

The guys working here are all for customer service and you can tell! Jim was the main guy we chatted with about the car and he was so friendly and made the experience so much better than at some other locations of this business I have been at. So happy with their service and expertise!

Went here because I had a $15 off coupon. Asked them how much the oil change would be they said a 110 then they used a bingo ball scam to say I had $40 off and then when I asked how much full synthetic was the guy didn't know. The bill ended up being after the $40 off a $130. Total. Total rip off. Only place I've ever gone where the washer fluid gets sold to you instead of a complimentary fill. They don't do a light check to tell you if anything's burnt out. I have my doubts that they even changed the filter. I suggest Mr. Lube. This experience has soured me on the great Canadian oil change company.

This was the best experience I had getting my oil changed! The technician (Chris, I think) was very informative and easy to talk to. Him and his team made recommendations to me but didn't force me into purchasing anything. Also, they were incredibly fast! I was in and out within 10 mins. Amazing job! Highly recommend!

My go to place for oil changes. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff have always been friendly and know what they're doing. Obviously costs a little more than doing it myself but worth the extra price and much less work. Will return for sure!

I recently bought a truck. The original owner told me to go see him and he'll teach me how to do so an oil change cheap but I decided to go to this specific Great Canadian Oil Change because I heard good things about them.Because the truck came from a farmer who did his own oil changes, there's things that haven't been checked in (I assume) forever.I was very thankful to have Jim tell me that there was a few things that need attention soon! This was the exact reason I picked this place because I knew they would inform me of what was needed. I am thankful Jim explained a few things so it would make sense as I've never owned a truck before.Thank you kind Sir and your team for your help today. You gained a new customer!

Came here for a quick oil change and a rad flush which should not take that long. After going to two other great Canadian oil change locations I called this one and they had no one there. Now I understand why it wasn’t busy.Took them over an hour to do the rad flush the young guy struggled to do the rad flush for over 20 minutes until taking off for 5-10 mins to get his boss because he couldn’t figure it out. They ended up getting fluid all over my ride so it smelt like Anti freeze while driving around after. I had to be somewhere and I told them that, made me over a hour late for my event!!After telling them I’m late now because of this they didn’t even offer me any discount or anything else. While waiting for my car to be serviced, another guy came in with a Ford F-150 and the person who changed his oil forgot to put the cap on so he had oil all over his engine, they had to top him up as well.Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location if you have to be somewhere and you need a quick servicing!!

This place looks rough on the outside, however the workers who accompany it are a different story. Excellent service, Jim especially seems very honest & polite. The industry can get a bad reputation, but this place is a good one. Would recommend to anyone.

They gave us the worst smelling air freshener

After what was a nice visit for an oil change quick before Christmas, the panel on the bottom of my car fell down because quite a few screws and clips were not put back on afterwards. Going to be $800 to replace it on my leased vehicle. When I told stopped in to tell them about it, I was assured that they would take care of it and no one ever even called me. Very disappointed.
