We went two hours before closing and the food was great, but the fries were cold. Waitress brought us so much extra fries that were just deep fried twice, we could hardly finish them. Go earlier for hot fries.Table was clean but a empty beer can was left inside the eight foot table from previous customer.

Place was closed 3 hours earlier than advertised on a Friday night. 9pm is lame for a weekend…. always wondered why a nice establishment that’s fairly new and right off the highway next to all these hotels is always empty. The tiny portions don’t help and being short staffed in 2023 is pretty weak on management. All the other local owned places are 10 times busier. Surprised this place is still in business to be honest.lotsa potential

We go quite often, the staff always remember us and are super friendly!! My cosmo seems to mix itself up and magically appear *grin* food is always good, best fish n chips anywhere!! luv the lobster bisque soup when its available and my husband inhales the cheeseburgers :) service is always great!! Thks ladies :)

Terrible experience. Went there on a Saturday night around 7:45 with 6 friends. As we arrived the dinner rush was leaving. We sat down and ordered our food. During our wait the atmosphere was ruined by the 2 unattended children running through the booths and screaming, disrupting ourselves and other guests. After about an hour of waiting, our server told us our food would be a few minutes. Another 20 minutes later our food came, but the orders were all messed up and most of the food was cold. My one friend ordered fries and was given a burger with 2 salads. When it came time to pay, the server tried to charge her for the burger before changing her mind and comping her meal (fries). As for the rest of us, no dessert service was offered, no attempt to discount or comp any items and we were all charged full price after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for mostly cold food. Very disappointed especially with the cost of eating out going up, expected much better.

The restaurant had a great service and amazing customer service. Every customer comes in attended accordingly. Chad was a great water who can manage interacting and follow every customer he renders services .. amazing place to dine in either small or big meals. Very spacious and clean area.

Should be called Unoriginal Joe's. I took my two kids out for a late lunch here. Nice layout, nice and spacious, upscale restaurant perfect for 20s - 50's crowd.The menu appeals to pretty much everyone. Lots of choices. From Asian-inspired cuisine to good old fish n chips....or even kid friendly chicken strips.Ok service. Delicious slightly dirty Caesars and standard pricing.One problem is the portion sizes. We got 15 tasteless fries... Not even salted. And after inquiring if that was normal, the server graciously brought out another plate of fries for us. The burger was small and nothing special. A&W is more impressive honestly. My fish tacos were alright but again... Not a lot of flavor. My daughter had chicken tenders and they were again... Devoid of flavor.If you want drinks and appies this is a good place for it. For a great dinner I wouldn't bother. Nothing Original about this food or venue.

We were acknowledged as soon as we got in the door. Our server came over right away to get us a drink and tell us what the special was. We ordered the crispy chicken burger and it was very good. The Manager Shawn has done a great job replacing some of the staff, they were all very happy and pleasant. Will go again for sure.

The prices are too high for how small their portions are. I ordered a wrap that comes with 2 sides for $20. For the sides I got fries and a caesar salad. The wrap was decent. But the sides are debatable. I only got about 10 fries, and the caesar was only 2 small bites of lettuce and 6 enormous croutons. My husband ordered a rice bowl.. Also a $20 dish. The amount given would have been enough for a young child. Not for an adult. I've honestly never seen a rice bowl so small.We mostly likely won't be going here again any time soon. We can go to other restaurants for the same thing, better quality, bigger amounts, for less.

Great service, good food. The atmosphere was inviting and not overly loud. I was with a party of 7 and we could hear each other over the music and other customers. Ample parking and typical prices for this type of restaurant.

We ordered Dry Ribs and Chicken Wings through Skip the Dishes on Saturday night for late night snacks, and we were disappointed with the portion size. We paid $15.50 for Dry Ribs and $17.25 for Chicken Wings. I honestly felt the portions were not reasonable, I just wonder if Original Joe's or other customers think it's a reasonable portion size.I gave 2 starts coz they taste good.
