I've joined over 10 gyms over many years because of moving and this is by far the worst gym I've ever joined. Overcharging and then auto renewing my gym membership. I had to pay over 2 years of monthly payment without having access to gym. Over 2 years of payments because they auto renewed and refuse to cancel any further charges until I pay off previous outstanding balance which was thousands because it was $100/month plus more. I regretted joining this gym and will spread as much awareness I can so nobody has to suffer because of this gym like I did.

Was considering joining this GYM as it was near my home, but from what I ready, no thank you! I will pass! They managed to get 4 or 5 reviews in a raw all of them 1 star and its all about how its impossible to cancel. To start with I was hesitant as they want all your information before they even tell you how much a membership would cost, tell me about transparency!! No thank you I will pass. And big thanks to everyone who shared their experience to protect others

Love this gym!! I just started going here in september and i have nothing but good things to say! The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is always well kept and tidy!!:)) Would definitely encourage people to try it out!

I had my appointment book today for 3pm ray which was been scheduled by your team but when I reached there no one was there to assist me even though I knocked the door no one opened. After asking one of the client she informed me that there’s no one in the office at this moment. I am very disappointed with the service as no one received my phone call when I called and just wasted my precious time by coming here and not attending me at the schedule time given by your team.

Came in so many times and called many times to come and cancel my membership, to only get an email saying I owe them money. I responded to their emails and they take weeks to reply. I’ve now found a much better gym definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had a terrible experience at this gym. Despite signing up for a 1-year contract (which was the only option available), I was only able to use the gym for less than 2 months. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was met with terrible customer service. Despite sending thousands of emails, making several calls, and left with receiving delayed, unclear and nonsensical replies, I was still being charged for a service I never received. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!

Took advantage if the free pass for a week. It's not a huge gym, but it doesn't need to be. I think there was max 10 people there, even during the rush". Even had the place to myself at one point.My only criticisma are that I don't like the elliptical machine

One of the largest scams is happening here. The gym will still impose a 2-month penalty on you even if you have plans to end your membership after your one-year commitment. They will also bill you for additional costs, such as maintenance fees and other levies. I had a terrible time, and I have no desire to suggest anyone use this gym. What a waste of money.

I had the worst experience of my life in this gym.I wanted to cancel my membership because of some medical issue that i faced with my leg due to which doctor recommended me to not strain my leg with a written doctor’s note. When i submitted the note to the gym for cancellation, they said its not valid since i am not DISABLED. They expect me to keep on paying for 30 dollars biweekly when i am not even using their facilities. Anytime I say any concerns they always tell me to freeze the membership where they still deduct some amount of money from you. This gym makes you feel stuck and you cant even get out of it. Managers say different things different time. One guy said a doctor’s note and paying 100 dollars will cancel my membership but now its not even valid.I dont think no one can question a doctor’s note but it is whats happening here. Horrible experience.

Coming from someone who has gone to many different Anytime Fitnesses for over 2 years. This gym definitely has some of the worst customer service I've seen. The operating hours are 24/7 but it's almost random when someone is actually in the gym to provide any service. I wanted to freeze my account in September and it was like pulling teeth just to get them to put a hold on it, various emails back and forth asking me to come in as I live in Ottawa. Then at the end of November I asked for them to cancel only to have someone say let's setup a phone call and talk about it". Then never receiving a phone call from them. Then saying "you must come to the store to sign the form". They're solution was to have me print it out
