LOVE this campground!!This campground is like a little community! Everyone is easy to get along with, it is greatly run by the owner, has social events on weekends, and even community fires!

Great place for trailer camping! The park is run well and kept clean and organized. It is a quiet and family oriented atmosphere where fellow campers are considered family. Love spending time there!

I may have rated this place as 5 stars originally. That was based on face value as I got to know the place better I found out that many of the other bad reviews were true. You couldn't pay me to go back there.

Such an amazing hidden gem for a quiet getaway. Read the reviews before staying and seemed the good outweighed the bad so we took a chance. Are we ever glad we did. There isnt anything negative to say about the place. Rob and his Brother Mike are super nice and easy to get along with. Im sure if your difficult and break the few rules they have they could get nasty like some of the reviews say But we never got to see that side of them. Already booking our next stay. Cant wait.

A braking issue with our camper had us scrambling for a place to spend the night safely with our 3 restless children. The owner at Ponderosa Campground was very helpful and accommodating. All of the seasonal campers made us feel welcome, even inviting us over for food and taking the time to help us with our camper. We were so very grateful for the hospitality and the beautiful views and room for the kids to play. Everyone was so friendly!

At the last minute we decided to go camping on a long weekend. Rob was very good about and gave us the best tent site on the river. Perfect blend of sun and shade. Peaceful!! Very friendly atmosphere. The washrooms/showers were immaculate. Firewood was supplied on demand. Great place to unwind and escape. Had the best time !!Would love to make this our home away from home. Definitely will be back.Thank you to Rob and his brother Mike for making this experience both amazing and relaxing. Lots of laughs.

My family and I have been staying everyday this summer. The park looks amazing and the people could not be more inviting and kind. Love it!
