My Dad is living here at Cambridge Manor and we are absolutely thrilled with his care. The staff are so kind and patient with him, as well there are so many activities for him, he's never in his room to receive phone calls from family! We are so thrilled with our choice of location for him. Thank you Willingham crew for taking such good care of my dad.

I cant put zero review because of no option on this. The worst place for employees. These people don’t respect their staff they are always understaff. The employees to work around is best but the management is worst. From The Program managers to CEO no one knows how to respect and create family environment. Avneet the rudest person ever i met. She should learn mannersAlso with the staff many people gave resignation because of frustrating environment. If you ever call managements for some reason they try to insult you on phone and also they don’t know any answers for any questions asked by their employees. I guess management should know what they are doing and learn to speak nicely and create family environment and the families complain alot too but they ignore and thankfully cambridge have good HCA staffs NOT management

ZERO, thats what this circus gets. It's rare I write reviews, typically I just do not go back after a really bad experience. BUT this is important. IN MY OPINION, not a single person from the Director of Care to the Head of Nursing to the Program Director has a clue on how to run a business and especially a long term home. Care is substandard and we cannot be the only ones that are very dissappointed. The only description possible, it's a circus. If you haven't chosen a home yet for your family member, please do your homework. The only thing going for Cambridge Manor is, it's a new building.

Had the occasion to visit this residence to see a client. I was impressed by the modern building, the cleanliness of the hallways, the menus, the activities, the friendly approach of the staff and the staff diversity. This Brenda Stafford residential home would rank very high on my list of recommendations to anyone who asks. Congratulations to all!

Great experience with great people. I have been visiting almost daily my mother with dementia for a few months now at Cambridge manor and from the visitation coordinator, the amazing friendly front desk staff, kind and organized Covid screening coordinator and the absolutely amazing nurses and support staff in Stilton. It’s not easy seeing a loved one go through these days but I am thankful for all the staff at this facility that make it a positive and supportive environment. They have treated my mother with absolute kindness and are very skilled in this kind of care. Thank you all for what you do daily to provide support at these very emotionally challenging times.

We will always be grateful for the kindness, quality of care and friendshipthat my husband Joe received while he was a resident in the Stilton Unit at Cambridge Manor. As his health deteriorated in the final months we realized that he felt surrounded by a caring team and what a blessing and comfort that was.We found the gals at the front reception were always welcoming and helpful. Cambridge Manor is very fortunate to have Dr. Jed and so many caring and thoughtful staff working for them and it was our good fortune that Joe was able to reside at Cambridge Manor.Lois Rosso and Family

I just left your establishment in total disgust. My mother will need to be placed in a long term care facility soon and I am fact finding. The receptionist was so rude I could not believe what I was hearing. I am already heart broken enough that my mom neeeds to move and this is what we have to look forward to? I will never be contacting you again! Upon reading these reviews you had better take a hard look at your future!! This is unacceptable. I would have left a zero star if possible. I am concerned for the people already living inside. How are they being treated? Date and time 3:15/ June 3, 2021.

If you love your parents, take them somewhere else!We checked my father in here in June and by the end of August he passed away. My father needed assistance, and as individuals, the staff were nice and tried their best. But the place is under staffed. Dad was left on the toilet for over half an hour because staff were too busy to help him. He needed at least 2 people to help him each time because the staff never had lifts to help get him in and out of bed. It was all manual lifting. We complained about the lack of staff, they told us that they met minimum provincial guidelines. The doctor prescribed a diet for him, they never complied. He ended up malnourished and dehydrated. Before he passed, they sent him to the hospital but the special file they were supposed to send with him had none of the necessary information in it.I am so sorry we put Dad here and I hope he forgives us from heaven.

My 85yr old mom who has Parkinson’s has been at the Cambridge Manor for a year as of July 2020, shortly after they opened, right in the middle of the pandemic.Since then, i can honestly say, her overall health has improved remarkably. She has put on some much needed weight & she is more mobile due to the physio and activity programs she has been participating in ‘inhouse’ as well as the extra Physio from a private company, that Cambridge recommended to us.As with any new facility opening, we expected that there would be a period of challenges with the many different aspects of running a residence of this nature. After speaking with the right people regarding these matters there has been a marked improvement -each time I bring up a concern I am heard and feel and see that there is a conscious effort made to continue improving. The nursing staff have been very attentive to my mom. They are very kind and cheerful and sincerely try to ensure my mom is made comfortable throughout the day and night. Weldu & Alyssa have been really wonderful!I have expressed concern over the response times when the call bell is rung. I feel more staff is required to accommodate the number of residents. I am told they have hired one more staff person to help improve response times. I am hopeful that they will bring on more staff to accommodate the additional number of residents that are moving in.I am so grateful that we have Dr Jed as the Dr assigned to Cambridge. He has been very thorough and is very kind and caring. My mom really likes him as well. The cleaning staff do a great job at daily sanitizing my mom’s room -they too always have a kind word to say.The recreation team have also been working so hard to come up with fun, innovative ways to keep the residents entertained and busy-an especially difficult task during the lockdowns. As restrictions are lifted we are seeing a marked difference in the type of activities-looking forward to seeing more!My experiences with all the staff at the front desk since the beginning has been exceptionally kind and helpful.
