Wonderful service and very knowledgeable workers, i ran over my phone and never backed up any of my pictures these guys were able to get all that i needed off my old phone back onto my new one over 10000 pictures of my kids which can never be replaced .

My finger scan function stopped working after the replacement, touchscreen was not accurate and new screen was flickering non stop. not worth the $170 price repair.watch out for the fake 5 stars, 1 reviewers

These guys are legit. A few months ago, I took my iPhone 7 Plus to get the screen fixed. They put in an awful screen that had friction when touching it.I ended up telling them and they replaced it.Recently, I took another iPhone 7 plus appeared totally dead. They did stuff to it and brought it back up. I kept having issues with the charging and took it back to them 4 times! They tried everything they could and finally gave me a refund because they couldn't figure out the root cause of this charging issue that would occur intermittently.

I came to this place after being to five other places in the city. I told him what was happening with my boyfriend's phone. All he asked was to give him time. I dropped the phone off at 12:30pm. I checked back every few hours to see how he was doing. This place was extremely busy and only this fellow working. I showed up at just before closing. He showed me what had happened. And he had this fixed like magic. I'm so impressed. Would never go anywhere else. Well worth the three hour drive

Very poor customer service. Had the screen replaced on my phone and a crack appeared. Was immediately denied warranty. They said that they don't warranty physical damage. There was no damage...DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

They were able to get the piece shipped in, the screen replaced and a custom screen protector on, on a Sunday and still manged to be cheaper than everywhere else that was quoting me on screen replacement only.Thank you so much! I went here because they were the cheapest. And sometimes they say, cheaper means low quality product and service. This was absolutely not the case for this place. My phone was completely shattered, back and front. When I got my phone back the first time, unfortunately, I had a defective screen. Which I honestly wasn’t upset about because they were willing to fix it, and it happens. That’s just how it goes sometimes. The defective screen caused my phones battery to drain within just a couple of hours. When I contacted them they immediately said bring it in and we will take a look. They took their time, tested my battery and really wanted to resolve the issue. When I got it back, they had another brand new screen put in WITH a screen protector (I didn’t even need to ask for this), and my battery has improved significantly. There was no cost to me. They offer 90 day warranty as long as the screen is not physically damaged which is 100% fair. The reason I mentioned the defective screen is only because it goes to show how far they went to ensure I was satisfied. My phone is now in pristine condition. They saved me time and money and these days both of those things are important. I am so impressed because they went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Unfortunately, that can be hard to find these days too. I am extremely impressed with OFix! Thank you so much for your time and service! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They deserve the utmost success with their business. I can’t say enough how amazing they are. Please check them out!
