Interviewed here a few days ago. I liked the central desk area where customers go to shop, and the employees go and grab the goods. Also has a small area to browse some products.

Customer service is none existent. They are not helpful. I know they deal with trades, but I am know trade worker. Need to be more accommodating.

After my 3rd horrible customer experience with this location. I must now give a -5 review. I wish I had gotten the names of the representatives. It was very clear that they could not care any less. To the owner; your employees are not looking out for your best interests. I will now be taking my business to Franklin Empire, they are professional and helpful, with top quality components.
